Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Trick Trades Affiliate Program! We are excited to partner with you to promote our products and grow together. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as they outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our affiliate program.

To join the program, affiliates must complete the registration process through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote Trick Trades membership packages, courses and products ethically and in line with our brand values.
• Avoid misleading or false advertising.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and consumer protection laws.

3. Commissions

• Excluded Products: Momentum Course and Momentum Live Trading.
• Payout Threshold: Affiliates must earn a minimum of $50 before payments are issued.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a automated basis via Stripe.
• Cookie Duration: 60 days.
• Refund Period: 35 days.

Affiliates may use:

• Unique referral links and discount codes.
• Approved marketing materials provided by Trick Trades.

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on branded keywords in PPC campaigns.
• Use spammy, fraudulent, or deceptive tactics.
• Modify or misrepresent product details.

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account for breach of these terms, including unethical practices, inactivity, or harm to our brand reputation.

Trick Trades may update these terms at any time, with notice provided to affiliates. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
