  • Emotional Observation: worked it in and out a few times but I kept catching myself being greedy and not paying on initial pushes. things would get close to breakeven and I woudl hesitate and not sell all, and then continued to work in and out
  • High-Beta Observation: when it was working, I was getting greedy and not taking it off, overthinking and then when it would pull back, emotions would skyrocket and I would have to bring myself back down to a calmer state
  • Best Moment: Still able to take the reset trade into the level following the initial loss
  • One Thing Noticing: I am all over the place, still allowing money to take over my thoughts and putting too much pressure on myself, which is couding my judgment

  • Emotional Observation: was definitly stressed once it started grinding above my level and into my risk. stuck to the plan and was happy with how I stopped out. this has been something I have struggled with in the past
  • High-Beta Observation: on my adds and wathcing it come above the highwater mark. I committed to the trade but then started thinking right away how I was going to get it back…
  • Best Moment: stopping out. the loss is not small however, for committing to the size and stopping out, I can accept it
  • One Thing Noticing: I overthink my size in all previous trade and keep things with only 1 contract and then on a Monday I say fuck it and go with “full size”… these are the times that always wipe out previous gains so I need to be consistent right from the start
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow is always a new day, Need to push past the todays trade and reset

  • Emotional Score: 9 Trade Plan Score: 9
  • Meditation Birds: 31 Trade Birds: 44

  • Emotional Observation: I was quite calm the whole way through. I still had small size, but risk was a bit wide at start in level so had to keep size small for full risk
  • High-Beta Observation: I am not sure I really had one even through I had to hold for a while after I entered.
  • Best Moment: after I entered, there was a very quick moment to take initial profits but I missed it, so I had to sit on my hands and just let it work. I was very comfortable sitting with the one contract and letting it work before I took an add whcih I think is major progress from before
  • One Thing Noticing: It was hard not to look at PnL or to see where my average was, but by not looking, I think I was more calm in the trade and letting it work than I have ever been
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: who gives a shit… stop looking at PnL and price of my average. Iw ill never succeed by repeating the old habbits

  • Meditation Birds: 25 Trade Birds: 19

  • Emotional Observation: was relatively calm. I was a little confused and not quite prepared right at the open. there was an initial short on SPY that I missed because of this, but I was able to stay patient and let the next and outer level trade set up.
  • High-Beta Observation: nothing major, but right after I sold, an initial thought of “I should have taken more” came in but I had to eliminate it right away
  • Best Moment: Still remained calm and patient after missing the first SPY trade
  • One Thing Noticing: even though I know what I should be doing and the size I need to take, when it comes down to the moment to do what I need to do, slight fear alwasy creeps in in some way
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I know I tell myself the same things over and over again, but I need to actually do it. Remain calm is easy to say but Clearly I dont know how to properly act that way

  • Emotional Observation: Very emotional on the push above risk but forced myself to sit on my hands. on the last add, I kind of said “fuck it” and then bailed when it pulled back. was also watching PnL at this point
  • High-Beta Observation: when it was above risk and then when it pushed back above risk and I didnt fully get out prior too
  • Best Moment: Was able to sit on my hands at the scariest point and instead of just getting out, took one last add
  • One Thing Noticing: if it doesnt work right away and continues to go against, my adds are not always deliberate and get me in more trouble. I ended up breaking even but I didnt handle my size or the adds very well
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: just relax, understand the high water mark and watch size. be deliberate.

  • Best Moment: I was patient however for the final sell which was good. I was able to calm myelf where I was able to remove the PnL thoughts
  • One Thing Noticing: same thing over and over again… PnL thoughts
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: When will I get tired of writing the same concerns that I am noticing over and over again? at what point does this stop and I finally move past it?

  • High-Beta Observation: initial entry, I hesitated just that little bit as I started over thinking
  • Best Moment: I still took the trade and paid nicely. was then content with just watching the remainder of the day
  • One Thing Noticing: I think way too much, even though I know the thinking is done before the open

  • Emotional Observation: I was abit on edge overall but I was still patient and let it set up. sized down because of teh risk was good, as long as I sized down purely because of risk and not emotion
  • High-Beta Observation: just into the entry when it pushed below level. I added fine and the last add was intentiaonl when I looked at the daily chart.
  • Best Moment: my last add and one of the sells however I still looked at PNL on the final sell which then caused me to chase the perfect sell
  • One Thing Noticing: I keep repeating the same bad habits. get antsy and change size then continue to have debt mentatility and sell early or while on edge
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: relax, change one thing, relaxing on entries and sticking to the size I say.. then being patient and more intentional for each sell.

  • Best Moment: I still stuck to the overall plan, just a little overthinking on the add and too quick to get out “because I was green”

  • High-Beta Observation: probably leading into the last sell. i really had to sit on my hands and let it push
  • Best Moment: the last sell, it was probably the most throughts through my head but I followed the plan and waited for natural
  • One Thing Noticing: if I am not 100% focused on exactly what I need to do and I think I can just “phone it in” and the results will come, I will almost always walk away from a trade dissapointed… regardless of PnL

  • Emotional Observation: I got frantic at open and then completely chased the entry. this mental state where I am all over the place and not able to remain calm is what has me changing size and breaking rules
  • High-Beta Observation: I chased the entry for no reason. I missed it because I switched from Puts to calls, which is fine but then there was no reason to chase. i missed it, that is ok. chasing is out of pure greed and fomo and thinking about money.
  • Best Moment: They week has exposed me and is showing me my flaws

  • Best Moment: I am not sure.
  • One Thing Noticing: I overthink and talk myself out of pushing myself and think that it is ok to size to 1 contract and that I will just make it by doing that
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Be careful tomorrow because of the emotion today with being frustrated by myself. this is when I do make bigger mistakes and take bigger losses than I should because I get annoyed with myself, take size t the wrong place and then hold and hope…. so this is my warning to still trade plan but not be afraid of the proper size.

  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Do not let Friday and Monday influence me and allow myself to execute as I have been trained. I know what I am supposed to be doing well before the market opens or afterwards. I just need to calm myself so that I am executing like I know I am supposed too, in the moment.

  • Emotional Observation: once I overcome the loss and got my head back into it, I approached this one with a little less care and just executed, letting it flow. was a decent trade other than I extremely chased on the initial entry.
  • High-Beta Observation: letting the last one run. I was green and was not going to let it turn red however I wanted to push myself to see how long I could hold it for. it was a struggle, I continually checked the chart on my phone. Finally paid when i couldnt really handle it anymore
  • Best Moment: taking the reset even though I failed at the proper entry
  • One Thing Noticing: I am still letting emotions take over and am breaking rules. I am not treating this with the respect that it needs
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I am not treating this with the respect that it needs in order to succeed. I keep repeating the same habits, re-instating bad behaviours in my mind that is now deeming them as the “safe” option… even though it is exactly opposite of what I need to be doing.

  • Emotional Observation: This was a stressful one. i kept having to work myself through it. hands on and off the mouse. I stopped out right when it bounced, which I knew was a possiblity from guidance.
  • High-Beta Observation: when it started reaching my risk and then just kept edging down. I knew I couldnt stop out because it didnt give me the proper reason to stop however I knew my loss kept growing
  • Best Moment: I was able to hold on properly and stopped out when it told me to stop out however I broke my own rule by breaking the reset protocol I had put myself into to try and break out of my stall phase
  • One Thing Noticing: I am still letting emotions run everything I do.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Anything I have said in the past, I am not actually doign to the fullest, So I need to really re-think this

  • High-Beta Observation: on the sell, I was a bit scattered, but not too bad
  • Best Moment: had some issues leading into the open with equipment but was able to reset in order to have a clear head for entry
  • One Thing Noticing: I am hardly ever completely calm unless the trade work right away and give distance. If I have to work it for a bit, I start to get antsy

  • Emotional Observation: I was all over the place and was thinking about money.
  • High-Beta Observation: right after I missed the actual trade because of my own overthinking, I started thinking about the missed money and then forced myself into the wrong trade by chasing. the HB short was there, but I eveted way late and chased. I did then manage it out well with an add, sticking to the WH and then being patient and paying when it worked
  • Best Moment: my add and then being patient and letting it work as it never broke risk
  • One Thing Noticing: money, money, money…I am letting this get in the way of everything
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: money, money, money…I can no longer let this get in the way. I am sabotaging myself for no reason when I know what to do.
