  • Emotional Observation: I had an issue with executing with my paper account this morning so I switched over to my other paper account. Got my normal account working and took my add there. I think overall I handled it well emotionally. Will be interesting to see how my brain waves reacted to the adversity.
  • High-Beta Observation: I probably showed some reactivity messing around with my brokers but I felt calm through the entire process.
  • Best Moment: Seeing Qs hold and dip into support multiple times and I just sat back and relaxed and paid myself into my targets of natural and took my last off as SPY pushed into yesterday’s highs.
  • One Thing Noticing: My main goal is to work on more patience when taking profit and I think I made a good step in the right direction this morning.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Be intentional with profit taking and trade into targets.

  • Emotional Observation: Very nervous even though paper trading, doesn’t seem to be about the money buy more about performance following the trade plan.
  • High-Beta Observation: When hesitating on QQQ first test I was very emotional thinking I blew it but recovered, watched SPY and entered QQQ second test but still upset not following the trade plan correctly.
  • Best Moment: Getting the second chance to enter and make the trade gave a feeling of accomplishment but was tainted by taking the riskier second test of the Q’s level.
  • One Thing Noticing: Nervous about trading, May be reaction to the charts “Green” and “Red” candle color or P/L being visible. Should have more fully tested this out years ago.

  • Emotional Observation: frustration with paper acct not behaving like $ acct, and yet again missing 1st to trigger (Qs P2R). While in trade, Recognized desire to “get size in”. app crashed (phone overheated) while closing Trading session.
  • High-Beta Observation: Some uncertainty on when to stop out the last 1c of the 6. decided to use 1min TL break/conf. it reversed, but stuck to my decision and felt good about it.
  • Best Moment: Added (too small, but DID add) at that extreme of the TF trade as Price tested morning H
  • One Thing Noticing: second entry is too close in time and level to 1st, may be b/c had issues with the execution in paper account, but it has been an historical issue.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: first add (after initial entry) MUST be intentional and for a REASON on the chart. Ideally not in the same minute, although it sometimes will be.
