- High-Beta Observation: My entry point was a bit lower than the stated entry point of 709
- Best Moment: I waited patiently and when I missed the trade I did not chase. I just sat and watched Pat trade
- One Thing Noticing: my calm and patience
- Tomorrow’s Intention: continue to hold a bit longer to pay myself into levels

- Emotional Observation: There weren’t any I can recall. I was patient letting the chart do what it wants and letting the trade come into the palm of my hand.
- High-Beta Observation: I was a bit reactive since the trade was taking a bit to get to the level. It didn’t last too long since I realized it, and I told myself to be patient.
- Best Moment: I was calm executing the trade and paying myself into target. Preparation made it possible.
- One Thing Noticing: I notice I’m calmer during my trading and whatever happens, happens.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow, I intend to show up prepared since I’ve noticed I have been improving in calmness and other areas.

- Emotional Observation: very calm, while waiting AND during. Lots of birds during trading session today! watching for that chest tightening at the max breath inhale. Never noticed it like I did during the meditation.
- High-Beta Observation: all under 12 till a quick peak of 13 or 14 at the end of the session, pretty sure it was after the trade was over and I was starting to do the record keeping etc, and realized Muse was still on, so I turned it off.
- Best Moment: Waited for the PERFECT entry and bottom ticked it. AND waited for my price point to pay myself, found the natr’l lvl price, and again WAITED. very calm and focused and just hand off mouse and waited.
- One Thing Noticing: It’s early, but it’s starting to seem like as I get calmer, the executions get better.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly and I must be PATIENT for each and every execution both entries and exits.

- Emotional Observation: I noticed myself getting anxious as it came into my start level and was able to stop it and just wait for the pricepoint to come in to execute
- High-Beta Observation: right after i entered, on the next candle, it came down just a few pennies more and thats when pat started in, i got a feeling that i should add, but i stopped myself because it wasnt part of my plan to add at that point
- Best Moment: I didnt randomly add just because it just slightly pushed lower, i stuck to my plan, and had patience. Physically writing out my plan as well as adding lines on the chart, kind of like the old risk boxes is what is helping. It muddies up the charts a bit, but helps me stay on track for now
- One Thing Noticing: its easier to stay calm when im better prepared with a written out specific plan with specific entry, level, and risk… It needs to be on paper as well as on the charts
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I will be patient , wait for the proper price

- Emotional Observation: I didn’t take the long because I wanted it lower. I took a mature trend formation and risked off of natural at the start of the trend. I was calm during the trade and traded into my targets. I accepted the risk and gave the trade time to work.
- High-Beta Observation: I felt a little bit of fomo after not taking the long. Trend formation wasn’t part of the given plan but I am comfortable taking it.
- Best Moment: Not panicking over not taking the long and looking for a viable trade.
- One Thing Noticing: My patience continues to improve.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Be intentional with profit taking and trade into targets.

- Emotional Observation: Overall I was calm. My only emotion was that I slightly disappointed that I started in earlier than Pat did. That I misheard the plan.
- High-Beta Observation: Slight fomo when the chart was being not giving us a proper entry. It was brief, I was able to re-direct my thinking and be patient.
- Best Moment: Waiting for the stretch for entry.
- One Thing Noticing: A pattern where i get anxious prior to execution. calm on initial execution.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Waiting that one for second for the proper entry

- High-Beta Observation: about 20 minutes into waiting. caught myself starting to get impatient and had to work on letting it go
- Best Moment: my entry, I had the level and I just waited and entered with no thinking at all.
- One Thing Noticing: today was the first day I have ever been able to properly notice the issues I have been having in the past and work through them. not overthinking as the trade is coming into the entry point and then looking at PNL are two things that I continue to fail at over and over. but today was the first day I didnt let those take over.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to breathe before entering, do not look at PNL and wait that one second on my sells.

- Emotional Observation: Distracted and trouble focusing. Tried to refocus, but it wasn’t working well.
- High-Beta Observation: I had moments when I reacted after I entered QQQs short, the trade was working, then held a intraday level and started to retrace back up. The thought was fear that I was wrong crept in and why I convinced myself to sell last contracts when that level intraday level tested again.
- Best Moment: Trade entry was fine as QQQs went straight up around 3 points into the level.
- One Thing Noticing: What it feels like when I’m focused compared to when I’m not.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Work on surrendering to the fact that I can’t control what happens in a trade, only that I can control my risk and if a trade doesn’t work it isn’t a personal indictment. In my job, I’m required to completely right… which to this day still spills over into my trading.

- Emotional Observation: again anxious for qqq to reach my start in. I had to just recognize it and be patient
- High-Beta Observation: anxiety that it wouldnt trigger a level. I missed the trade on monday due to tech issues and i hesitated yesterday which made me more anxious to get into the trade. also, ass it got close, i felt my body getting anxious to trigger and wasnt present, mind went blank for a second and had to catch myself and calm down, relax my hand
- Best Moment: I was patient for the start in i chose based on my risk tolerance and didnt stop out as qqq pushed through risk. Waited for the continuation which didnt come. Being prepared with my plan and sticking to it made it happen
- One Thing Noticing: I get too anxious to take off a green trade, its like a hot potato

- Emotional Observation: Started to notice in the trade that slight tightening in my chest. uncertainty about what to do with that last contract caused me to just exit,
- High-Beta Observation: hit 14 a couple times toward the end of the session probably around the time I was considering what to do with that last contract, how long to hold? and that chest tightening also, didn’t stay though, quick peak and dropped under 12
- Best Moment: the calm patient wait for the dump to put me in profit, didn’t have the best average due to the poor fill on that 1st execution into the pm range lvl, practice with the meditation for sure made it possible.
- One Thing Noticing: improving on early entries, still needs work though, as well as patience overall in executions.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly and I must be PATIENT for each and every execution both entries and exits.

- Emotional Observation: was able to talk myself into staying calm and patient and waiting for the entry. right at initial entry, I did let it take over and entered too early. it was like my mind gave up waiting and then chased the entry no matter what I was telling and and how much I knew I needed to wait
- High-Beta Observation: the final sell. I still took a peak at PnL and did not let the last contract run for just a little longer
- Best Moment: Patience at the start, and letting things set up. – My meditation was also way better, so starting to see a trend.
- One Thing Noticing: I still peak at PnL no matter how much i tell myself so I am not letting go of $$. and hten I am too impatient with the sells. I need to wait, even that one second longer.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Do not look at PnL and wait that one second the press the button

- Emotional Observation: other than the initial fluster of the PDT rule violation, in the trade I felt pretty good. It wasn’t the first and best trade. but it was reasonable. probably should have given it one more candle to confirm above H’s. but other wise I think I did ok on it.
- High-Beta Observation: frustration with the paper account for the THIRD day in a row.
- Best Moment: Paying into the dumps.
- One Thing Noticing: Still need to work on waiting for adds.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly.
