- Emotional Observation: other than the initial fluster of the PDT rule violation, in the trade I felt pretty good. It wasn’t the first and best trade. but it was reasonable. probably should have given it one more candle to confirm above H’s. but other wise I think I did ok on it.
- High-Beta Observation: frustration with the paper account for the THIRD day in a row.
- Best Moment: Paying into the dumps.
- One Thing Noticing: Still need to work on waiting for adds.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly.

- Emotional Observation: Today I felt really calm. Took multiple adds on Qs and worked the trade. Never felt any kind of panic.
- High-Beta Observation: Not really. I just waited for the candles to come up into my starting area and took adds with intention and natural areas and paid on washes down into support.
- Best Moment: The clearest moment was taking my last contract off when Qs started to come back up after holding support. I was holding one for follow through and took it off at break even.
- One Thing Noticing: I think I did an okay job of holding into targets and keeping one on for lower targets.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Be intentional with profit taking and trade into targets.

- High-Beta Observation: I added one contract to improve average as the price action came lower on the initial long. But I think it was a bit more of a force of habit. As I was getting ready to stop out as it was look’n like it could wash lower. Reactivity? Maybe lasted a few seconds.

- Emotional Observation: Very anxious from noon yesterday through today, long bout of A-fib deciding if I should go to ER, up all night. Not sure if it is effecting data gathered or transfers as stroop and nback from last night didn’t seem to download.
- High-Beta Observation: Fear and urgency to sell after trade started working and coming in to natural. When it pulled back from natural I sold instead of waiting for my greedy target of $710.14.
- Best Moment: Entry on SPY at 9:31:36 am seemed like it was my calmest moment. Strong wash candle down close to level I entered and Pat confirmed his entry in Screen Share guidance.
- One Thing Noticing: Nervous about trading even when paper trading 1 contract with no money involved. I rarely had this issue early on but become fearful through years of inconsistency and larger losses.

- High-Beta Observation: Had a bounce to 23 db and then multiples to 15db or so. Didn’t feel any fear or reactivity that I can think of. They were spikes and didn’t last long at all
- Best Moment: I added on a wash candle right at the bottom of the candle but didn’t get filled until much higher, like 20cents or so higher. Didn’t even register just kept focused and stripped my small add right off on the next pop and was back down to 1 contract.

- Emotional Observation: I was a bit anxious about going long because of the warnings against long in the upper level. Also, I knew Pat was in a Spy trade and I was entering into a Q trade, which in the past has been bad for me. I stuck to my plan.
- High-Beta Observation: My fear was at entering because of warnings about going Long and the volatilty of the first Algo candle. I entered despite that and was calm with my decision.
- Best Moment: The clearest moment was after I settled into the trade. Prior to that, I was wrestling with the Paper Trade order manager, which has caused minor issues that I was forced to quickly fix just minute before the opening.
- One Thing Noticing: I’m not aware of any shift yet.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I’m still fighting hardware and software set up issues and I will explore/fix them today and be better prepared/calm tomorrow.
