  • Emotional Observation: Was calm and focused at the open. Took O’s long into it’s support level, payed on pop. Pretty quick in and out. Re-entered as it came down for a potential double bottom. Added 2 as it came lower. Payed a on pop back up. Here’s where it got interesting. I thought I had taken it all off, which is what I meant to do. But didn’t realize ’till 9:45am, that I still had one on. Fat fingered and accidentally added one instead of taking it off. So Made sure that I was fully out on the position. Got a little confused at that time and maybe even slightly frantic as I was trying to quickly resolve my confusion and the fat finger add. But think my training quickly kicked in as I took It all off right away. I feel like I recovered pretty quickly. Also I thought I thought my headband was recording but it wasn’t during the scramble.
  • High-Beta Observation: I there was a brief high-beta moment at about 9:45am. But Re- focused quickly
  • Best Moment: Probably the initial first entry and exit. It was right to trade plan
  • One Thing Noticing: I thought my recovery was nice & quick today
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm, focused, neutral & intentional

Also had a bit of fear since the premium was so high today, but i remained calm, looking to add just 1 and 1, but it bounced and i paid myself on first push
  • High-Beta Observation: having fear of it going against me since high premium
  • Best Moment: not hesitating when taking the trade and fighting the urge to add just to add

  • Best Moment: Taking the trade and paying even though it was quick (8 seconds) because it went to PM natural area, not just to get out of trade.

  • Emotional Observation: Premium was high so I didn’t want to stick in the trade long. I got my target of first natural and took it all off. I would have liked to have held one for the opening price but if it would have hit natural and sold, I would have easily wiped out all of my profit.
  • High-Beta Observation: Expensive premium made me not hold long but I think this was more recognizing the risk. I did hold into my first target and I did wait until to see if it would push past that level but it started to stall.
  • Best Moment: Not caring about the big candle I missed because I traded into my target and executed my plan.
  • One Thing Noticing: I am seeing improvement in when I pay myself. I don’t just pay on the push, I wait for a target. Still have some work to do but I am improving.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Keep focusing on patience.

  • Emotional Observation: I felt the urge to sell and I was able to count which helped me stay in the trade longer. I had a bit of regret in the end that I still didnt hold long enough but I had to squash that though because normally I would have been out earlier anyways. I am still getting frantic when in a trade and not able to truly relax
  • High-Beta Observation: during the sell
  • Best Moment: I stuck to my morning Intention with hanging on a bit longer before selling however I still took that peak at PnL just before I sold. I came up with an excuse to look
  • One Thing Noticing: I am still getting frantic when in a trade and not able to truly relax
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: continue counting when I have the urge to sell and no matter what, do not look at PnL until I am done.

  • Emotional Observation: was relatively calm for once other than as soon as I was in the trade. I came up with an excuse of volatility to look at the premium price while I was in the Trade. I instantly became money focus, told myself an excuse to allow it to be alright to look at PnL and then I had that influence to sell.
  • High-Beta Observation: right at the sell. I knew I was green and I was still too focused on it. I knew it in the moment, recognized it but didnt fully relax and let it work.
  • Best Moment: stuck to plan on reducing size because of valitily and accepted that. I was ok with that after I was out.
  • One Thing Noticing: PnL seems to continuously dominate. I am making excuses that I can no longer tolerate.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: stick with increasing size at open (unless premium price is expensive) and then wait 3 seconds right after I feel the urge to sell, no matter what.

  • Emotional Observation: Anxious because taking short & knew long was favored because of big gap down & dipped a little at open to support so knew risk was higher. Didn’t take long as didn’t get close enough for me to start in given premium expensive and risk was a bit wide.
  • High-Beta Observation: Executing trade & while in trade because knew risk was higher.
  • Best Moment: Getting out back at the level even though it meant a small red trade – something I have not done well in the past and end up with $200-$300 losses instead of $20-$40.
  • One Thing Noticing: Even though had anxiety and heart rate was up, did the self talk, focused on the trade & process and followed the rules. Now that I am more consistently getting out back at the level if it goes against me, I will feel less anxious about adding at the risk limits b/c I have the confidence that I will execute as I should. That will help with the anxiety as well.

  • Emotional Observation: No hesitation at entry or add. I thought I did great on both sells until after the trade when I analyzed. there was some debt mentality again on the first sell
  • High-Beta Observation: first sell, I realized after that debt mentality showed up and I was relieved to reduce size and start to get out now that it was working. I pulled my eyes away from technicals and allowed this emotion to take over. the second sell was then good
  • Best Moment: initial entry and add, no hesitation and then final sell.
  • One Thing Noticing: Still need to work on just sitting on my hadns when it is time to sell. allow it to work and stop thinking
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: 2 contracts again on entry and allow things to ride a minimum of 2 seconds after I initially want to sell.

  • Emotional Observation: Today was another straightforward day. Entered into the wash through premarket lows and tried to get an add into the 50. I wasn’t able to because of the popup but I just paid myself the one contract I had into premarket range and grabbed my add when it gave a remount. I was calm and just moved on.
  • High-Beta Observation: I didn’t notice any.
  • Best Moment: Not getting upset that I couldn’t add at lows and just looking for the next area to add.
  • One Thing Noticing: My mindset has shifted over the last few months. I am more calm and I just execute where I need to. I am still working on holding into targets but a I am seeing improvement here and it will only get better.

  • Emotional Observation: I didnt hesitate on the entry itself but I did on taking 2 contracts like my daily contract said. I allowed urgency to show up and I didnt fully dismiss it before I allowed it to influency my sell which was too quick.
  • High-Beta Observation: right before open, I change my size from 2 down to 1 out of fear and didnt dismiss it. then just as I was selling, instead of giving it that extra second, I allowed urgency to show up and didnt fully dismiss it.
  • Best Moment: I still executed right quick without any actual hesitation
  • One Thing Noticing: I am still aallowing fear to take over, reducing my size to 1 which is something I have not overcome for years. I am recognizing the problem but am not fully adapting.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: 2 contracts at open and hang onto it once I am in. recognize the urgency and work on letting it go.
