  • Emotional Observation: Starting to feel the heart pound and feel the fear that’s driving the high beta. the spy trade was a bit emotional. wasn’t the right entry on that – didn’t actually get on.
  • High-Beta Observation: yeah, whole session pretty much probably yesterday’s loss. didn’t let it control me for the most part but at least I’m starting to recognize it.
  • Best Moment:

  • Meditation Birds: 63 Trade Birds: 15
  • Meditation Recoveries: 34 Trade Recoveries: 113

  • Emotional Observation: Recognized fear and a money focus today, maybe due to yesterday’s bad QsCall trade. definitely afraid it was gonna dump.
  • High-Beta Observation: pretty much all morning. Beta is ALWAYS way above Alpha when I’m trading. I’m starting to see the emo and recognize it.
  • Best Moment: worked the Qs trade. held last one for a decent pop, afraid to hold for actual target in case it dumped and didn’t go. but long enough for that one reasonable pop, that I could do.
  • One Thing Noticing: My Beta waves during trading (can’t match to a time) but they are always high, and in meditation and even Stroop and nBack training are lower than the alpha. There’s that gap, now to close it.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Each day I choose to be a Pro. Trader, Calmly from center execute carefully crafted plans with intention and precision in correct response to price action. Entries minimize rissk and executed with patience at price points. Pays sized to preserve and maximize profits are executed at natural levels. when I must stop I wait for proper confirmation and promptly cut. I acknowledged the fear, brought myself back to present, moved my focus from the sell button to the charts and added one to correct at the 50.

  • High-Beta Observation: I had a brief spike just around the time I was taking the trade but don’t recall any specific thing that may have caused it. I did not feel any emotion of fear or urgency.
  • Best Moment: I got a little frustrated early on but quickly re-centered which I noticed doing a better job of this week.
  • One Thing Noticing: How I feel or perceive my reaction doesn’t seem to match up with the data. My perception is more negative than the data reveals.

  • Emotional Observation: prior to open I was telling myself not to allow yesterday action to influence my decisions. when it came time to enter, I caught myself hesitating and overthinking. I still executed but was delayed because my mind was racing.
  • High-Beta Observation: right as it was time to buy, I allowed yesterdays sell off to influence my thoughts. once I was in, I was not exactly calm, things were elevated but I was able to refrain from instantly selling and allowing it to work
  • Best Moment: on the sell. I recognized that things were elevated but I was able to give it a little bit longer to sell
  • One Thing Noticing: PnL is still so heavily influencial in my deisions, and it shouldnt be. after review, I am still subconsciously trading to make money, even though I am telling myself I am not… I need to find another way to remove this
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I need to approach things differently and trade for the process only.

  • Emotional Observation: Felt calm and focused at the open. Took Q’s long into the 9 ema and Tuesday’s high of day. Added 2 as it came lower. It gave a reaction but I did take any off. Got greedy I think I was still red on that pop. Then It came lower, I added one more. Then at 9.40am it broke standard risk. I froze Iike a deer in the headlights. It’s like all the training and trade plans and rules went right out the window. I was looking for it to retraces. But it kept washing and washing down. Then I kept convincing myself that “it’s got to retrace at some point”, and kept looking at the daily chart for support areas. I literally felt sick to my stummick. I can’t believe I held it all the way down and didn’t stop out. Something I still haven’t broken the habit of. I am so disappointed in my self, and am really beating myself up.
  • High-Beta Observation: I think the high-beta moments started at 9:39am and it probably lasted at least ’till I got fully out, 11:12am
  • Best Moment: It doesn’t really seem like there were any
  • One Thing Noticing: That stubbornness that I thought I had a handle on, showed up and took control.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm, focused, neutral, intentional & stick to the rules.

  • High-Beta Observation: i just go numb in these i tried my best let the shock of the loss get better of me and didn’t stop till it got much worse
  • Best Moment: i was calm with the adds it didn’t work

  • Emotional Observation: Had some anxiety but interestingly, was less than in the first trade. Was able to easily focus on the process and get past it. Not sure why there was less anxiety in the reset trade after a loss but I’ll take it.
  • High-Beta Observation: When kept going & had to cut it.
  • Best Moment: Cutting trade when had confirmation & continuation. Even though should have held with QQQ hitting support, since I didn’t see that, if I had held, I would have been holding for the wrong reasons. So happy with cutting it and will work harder to keep eyes on both charts going forward.
  • One Thing Noticing: Had less anxiety on the second trade even though it was a reset because the first trade was red.

  • Emotional Observation: Was anxious given price of premium and large gap up. Had anxiety waiting for natural which continued when it then started falling & I realized that opportunity was gone. Self talk allowed me to focus on process. Felt good about having discipline to cut without remorse when appropriate. In the past, this would have been a $700-$800 loss.
  • High-Beta Observation: In trade, waiting for natural. Lasted until out of the trade.
  • Best Moment: Cutting the trade when there was confirmation & continuation. Daily contract and focus made that possible.
  • One Thing Noticing: Still have the anxiety but able to get past it and focus on the process.

  • High-Beta Observation: beta up there, but as always I am not detecting fear or emotions. I didn’t even see the ‘pop to 20’ till AFTER I was out of this trade
  • Best Moment: calm exit at the conf break (at least where I think the conf break should have been) even though a large loss (pnl covered though didn’t know till after) I just cut once it confirmed

  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Add with intention and be aware of the premium and size accordingly

  • Emotional Observation: brief anxiety that I was able to get a hold of quite fast because I needed too
  • High-Beta Observation: When candle broke level but did not last. I had to manage and I understood that
  • Best Moment: I managed according to the chart and not according to my p&l. I am finally understanding exiting where I need to according to the strategy causes the least amount of damage if any.
  • One Thing Noticing: Strategy is beginning to take over instead of fear
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: focus on doing my job, nothing more, nothing less

SPY CALL Trade Entry for June 25, 2026. Trade Result: $113.00

  • Emotional Score: 9 Trade Plan Score: 9
  • Meditation Birds: 20 Trade Birds: 29
  • Meditation Recoveries: 77 Trade Recoveries: 60

  • Emotional Observation: I had a couple moments of being nervous just due to my loss earlier. I corrected myself and let the trade work. I knew we had come down so much with no retracement into pre days lows on both spy and qs (HOD/LOD lesson)
  • High-Beta Observation: like above a couple moments of fear while waiting for the tickers to bottom. i had to bring myself back to the center and remind myself of the lessons I have learned
  • Best Moment: i am really happy with my exits. I believe I didnt hold to long but I didnt just take them off. I allowed them to move more due to distance vs retracement. had a couple moments of greed and wanting to let them go up and up but I corrected myself
  • One Thing Noticing: its funny cause when I had entered and was waiting for the trade to work I had a couple moments of fear (a pull) and then once it started to come in fear switched to greed (a pull). just a couple of min earlier the fear of it coming down was present and then when it started coming up and greed was present. why being in the center is so important. I am seeing these emotions as children which need to be kept in check.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I WILL trade from the center. I live in the center

  • High-Beta Observation: None
  • Best Moment: Accepting the outcome with no emotion
  • One Thing Noticing: I did not look at the price of the option before my 1st add so my risk was higher and went in with more contracts than I should
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Follow my Daily Contract and not bring todays loss into tomorrows trade

  • Emotional Observation: I was good. I knew it was going to be extended risk on the way down. I accepted. sold the first bit for a small loss. I added again because spy was into PC. I had already decided Id rather add again and take a bigger loss than fully get out and have it reverse.
  • High-Beta Observation: reactivity to spy starting to sell. I thought as it had some support Id grab it long and take it back into PM lows for the headpump and then flip. that wasnt the plan and I made it on the fly
  • Best Moment: happy with my first exit. didnt get greedy

  • Emotional Observation: I was pretty calm which is odd while taking a big loss. I was expecting to base at some point but never did. Even though we were warned
  • High-Beta Observation: surprisingly no…I was calm waiting for a base what did not come
  • Best Moment: I did not have one today
  • One Thing Noticing: I was calm under pressure
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: refocus and observe tomorrow.

  • Emotional Observation: I was hesitatnt on entries, waiting for the right HB. was able to quickly reset myself to take a small trade. Was kind of all over the place a little with my thoughts but was able to just sit back and hang tight
  • High-Beta Observation: Didnt get the trade I was looking for, so had to sit and wait.
  • Best Moment: the high beta moment was also the best moment as I just sat and waited
  • One Thing Noticing: when the trade plans are not always cut and dry, I seem to get a little panicky.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: continue to sit on my hand when in a trade and allow it to work.
