  • Emotional Observation: Felt calm and focused at the open. Took Spy long into it’s support level, Added 1 to improve average. Payed 1 on first reaction. And last one as it pushed up to natural area. Re-entered on potential double bottom, which was a bit risky as it was looking on the week side. Payed on pop pretty quick in and out.
  • High-Beta Observation: I don’t think I had any High-beta moments
  • Best Moment: I would say on my add right at level, it had nice speed and distance, right to strategy
  • One Thing Noticing: I was a little more patient in this trade.

SPY PUT Trade Entry for June 17, 2026. Trade Result: $15.00

  • Total Contracts: 1

  • Emotional Score: 7 Trade Plan Score: 9
  • Meditation Birds: 19 Trade Birds: 19
  • Meditation Recoveries: 46 Trade Recoveries: 81

  • Emotional Observation: no hesitation on buy or sell, or really while in the trade at all. I actually had confidence in it that I would atleast get a reaction. I did however allow the same Urgency and Fear that was there in the first trade about size affect my start in size. This was the perfect trade to start with the 2 contrat which has been part of my intention for a while
  • High-Beta Observation: on a couple candles before my entry, just over analyzing the size that I should take
  • Best Moment: The trade itself. Iwas patient and waited for the right entry, no hesitation, and really no care about the outcome.
  • One Thing Noticing: I am still struggling with over analyzing the start in size.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to recognize urgency and sit on my hands. I did it for my last sell so continue the same method for tomorrow. Also, push out the shouts about always taking 1 contract and allow myself to start with 2 or get to 3 at the level

SPY CALL Trade Entry for June 17, 2026. Trade Result: $4.00

  • Total Contracts: 2

  • Emotional Score: 6 Trade Plan Score: 9
  • Meditation Birds: 19 Trade Birds: 16
  • Meditation Recoveries: 46 Trade Recoveries: 81

  • Emotional Observation: urgency showed up when it time to add. I needed to be more patient and let it hit the actual level in order to correct my average. once I had 2c. at level, I was thinking too much about another add of 1 at the level and so I started peeking at my average. I allowed urgency again to show up without addressing it and looking at premium price
  • High-Beta Observation: while I was waiting for the last sell (after the first sell) I had allowed the Urgently to enter and stick around too long. Started overthinking another add and the final sell instead of just doing what the chart was saying.
  • Best Moment: initial entry, no hesitation. as well as the final sell. I did allow myself to sit on my hands and let it push that little extra time.
  • One Thing Noticing: urgency is showign up more than it should and I am allowing to stick around which then sends me into a little bit of a spiral.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to recognize urgency and sit on my hands. I did it for my last sell so continue the same method for tomorrow. Also, push out the shouts about always taking 1 contract and allow myself to start with 2 or get to 3 at the level

  • One Thing Noticing: I feel like I’m a calm trader and determined to enter on the first test of the level.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I am not trading tomorrow. I have to attend to family business.

  • Emotional Observation: Had moderate anxiety once in trade (not sure why), did self talk, got past it and kept focused on the process. Not clear why yesterday so calm but today not as calm.
  • High-Beta Observation: Once in trade – started after I entered (20 cents before level) and it kept going down to the level. Lasted for duration of the trade.
  • Best Moment: Taking the trade and waiting for natural to pay.
  • One Thing Noticing: Still inconsistent on the calmness, will keep working on that aspect.

  • One Thing Noticing: More focused on charts actions now
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Build on watching charts closely and remaining calm and focused.

SPY CALL Trade Entry for June 17, 2026. Trade Result: -$2.00

  • Total Contracts: 6

  • Emotional Score: 8 Trade Plan Score: 4
  • Meditation Birds: 67 Trade Birds: 15
  • Meditation Recoveries: 11 Trade Recoveries: 81

  • Emotional Observation: Emotionally I was ok in this trade. I worked right to plan. I just got a little impatient on my add. I needed to wait for it to drop into the level and I grabbed it just above. That was the difference in breakeven and a nice trade.
  • High-Beta Observation: I definetly reacted to urgency this morning. I noticed it when I paid myself and my average was pretty high for where I though it would be.
  • Best Moment: I held my last contract as long as the chart told me to. Once it came up and started to roll over I took it off at breakeven.
  • One Thing Noticing: Today I really took notice at how a little bit of impatience can really screw up your average and cost quite a bit.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Keep working on patience.
