- Emotional Observation: Felt calm of focused at the open. Q was the main watch. But took Spy short as it popped into pre market highs, it technically triggered first, but It kept going as Q’s still had a ways to go to it’s resistance level. Added as it pushed higher. Started to feel the uncomfortableness & pressure creeping up. But I recognized it and re-focused on the price action and trade plan. Payed on the wash back down. Then Q’s came flying down to it’s Support level. Took it long, pretty quick in and out.
- High-Beta Observation: Might have started to have a high beta moment around 9:31 but it didn’t last very long.
- Best Moment: I think as it came back down and as I pa into natural.
- One Thing Noticing: I feel like I noticed the high beta moment recovered pretty quickly
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm, focused neutral & intentional

- Emotional Observation: I was calm throughout the trade. I had one contract left and I was into my first target. Once QQQ started to hold this level and SPY had pushed above I took my last one off. I could have been more patient but I think that is because I see the move after the fact that it gave follow through into the greedy target.
- High-Beta Observation: I didn’t really notice any. I was intentional with my exits. I could have held one but I saw it hold and SPY was above resistance. There was confliction and QQQ was above trend.
- Best Moment: Not paying myself the majority until I hit my price target.
- One Thing Noticing: Knowing the full plan including price targets has greatly improved my trading. I used to go in knowing where I would enter and add and just pay at random just because it was green. I still have a lot of work to do but I am improving every week.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Keep focusing on paying into targets and holding small for follow through.

- Meditation Recoveries: 40 Trade Recoveries: 153
- Emotional Observation: I was stressed during it, but I was able to keep stepping back and keep my hands off. when it was just doing its things and not really moving, I kept thinking about selling, adding, profit and loss, all int he same throughts…. this is what is causing the stress when all I needed to do was just watch. there is nothign I can do when it is moving around.
- High-Beta Observation: during the middle, I was thinking constantly. I was able to step back and keep my hands away and manage it out, but constantly thinking about my average, a win, a loss, do I add, do I sell…. that is a lot to take in and for no reason
- Best Moment: I was able to recognize a lot was going on in my head and pulled my hands back and didnt actually execute anything out of emotion
- One Thing Noticing: if the trade doesnt work right away, I am all over thie place, thinking about everything that I truly can not control.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: this is just my job, I dont think about money during my day job. Focus on Executions and money will come, if I focus on money, executions will be a disaster. I am stressed right from market open… why? There is no reason for this

- Meditation Recoveries: 40 Trade Recoveries: 153
- Emotional Observation: wanted to start with 2 but then when it pushed PM and was close to level, I realize now I used that as an excuse out of Fear to take only 1 contract. the trade itself there wasnt very much emotion because it was quick
- High-Beta Observation: leading into when I thought too much about reducing size and then after the trade, regret crept in because I didnt take more size… which is a pure Money focused emotion that I need to work on eliminating
- Best Moment: The trade itself I was confident and comfortable in.
- One Thing Noticing: Money thoughts are almost always there, they just seem to be showing up in different forms. I was only in the trade for 20 seconds… there is no reason to really have any thoughts, about anything.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: this is just my job, I dont think about money during my day job. Focus on Executions and money will come, if I focus on money, executions will be a disaster. I am stressed right from market open… why? There is no reason for this
