Emotional Observation: not a good Meditation session. I didnt realize I was off during the whole time until afterwards. I couldnt relax. During the trade, multiple Archtypes showed up that I was able to work through. The Gunslinger showed up for a bit and urgency was there, urgency to add and impatience to get out. I was able to recognize and let go while in the trade until the very end. The Scorekeeper showed up at the end and I was looking at PnL.. I noticed that I was almost breakeven but didn’t sell out of greed and held a bit too long, making the red bigger than it should have been.
High-Beta Observation: when it was reaching my stop out point. I needed to sit back and sit on my hands quite a few times to let it works. the scorekeeper was showing up as well as the historian, but I recognized it and just sat back and did nothing because it didnt confirm. there was urgency and fear at the end however when I needed to be paying myself. size was at my max and I was selling, knowing it was still red. the last couple I didnt sell right away because Greed instantly took over, making the red a bit bigger than it should have been
Best Moment: sitting on my hands while it was right at my max risk. I worked it a little in and out to not break a rule with size.
One Thing Noticing: mix of emotions bu the longer I sit in the emotions, the more fatigue i find myself and by the time I need to be patient for the final sells, I am almost exhausted and allow PnL thoughts to take over.
Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to recognize the Archtypes, identify them like I did today and just sit back. let them go, “leave the building” and allow myself to see it through properly.

One Thing Noticing: I am realizing going over my trades a pattern I have when a trade is not working I need to follow technicals which I am well aware and take the initial loss which is always less than what I end up taking. I am also understanding increments and it’s not that big a deal to take the initial loss, reevaluate. and wait for next move. My emotions need to catch up with what I understand at this point

Emotional Observation: I felt some stress when SPY pushed throught the level because I knew QQQ had distance up into its level. I don’t think I managed this bad or well. I sized down on the first wash and I should have held for my target. I held 7 contracts looking for my target of premarket highs. It held and squeezed up through highs. I gave it a confirmation candle and QQQ was above its resistance so I stopped out and got ready for a reset. I could have been breakeven on this trade. The biggest mistake I see is I sized down before I was breakeven just to eleviate some of the stress.
High-Beta Observation: I gave into the uncomfortable emotion of being underwater. I sized down before my technical level was reached. If I held for one more minute I would have been breakeven on those contracts but I would not have gotten completely out. This trade likely would have still ended up red for me but not as red.
Best Moment: Stopping out on this trade and executing a viable reset trade.
One Thing Noticing: It is easy to analyze why a trade worked or didn’t when I go into everything with intention.
Tomorrow’s Intention: Shake this red day off and work on patience on exits. This is a habbit I am having hard time kicking.

Emotional Observation: stomach got tight, stress got pretty high, i feel like i was able to recognize it and not freak out and just sell… 2 months ago this would have been a 4-500 dollar loss, but i stuck to the plan and didnt stop out since i ddint see continuation. The spectator did show up when i needed to actually correct my average at the very top, and i did freeze out of fear
High-Beta Observation: freezing out of fear at the very top as well as when it retested trend. I knew i needed to correct my average at those moments, but i feared it would shoot higher and i would have an even bigger loss
Best Moment: not stopping out at the scariest moment and being able to realize that there was no continuation based on both spy and qqq

Emotional Observation: I thought it was fairly low, and didnt get too emotional. Still thinking about giving back profits so selling quickly. subconsciously thinking of PNL whcih I cant seem to properly recognize in the moment and catch.
High-Beta Observation: I felt consistent throughout however I was not near as relaxed according to the EEG as I thought I was. Had an amazing mornign meditation and so compared to that, it shows I was quited stressed.
Best Moment: executed and add, was patient and allowed it to set up and I didnt notice much of a mental state during the whole thing. far better than sessions previously in the eweek.

Best Moment: just executed. I knew it was the second trade of the day which I usually try to avoid however it was right into the level presenting opportunity, so I just committed without overthinking.
One Thing Noticing: this week I have allowed old habbits to come back in and the more I think about it, these have been past patterns usually when I am starting to be consistent and getting better… almost like I am trying to destroy my growth but I have been picking up on this, keeping things small and working through it.
Tomorrow’s Intention: get back to the growth I have been having. remain small to close out the week but work on recognizing those emotions once I am in the trade because I AM A TRADER

Emotional Observation: Felt calm & focused at the open. Waited for spy to slice below the level we were watching for it to bump It’s head under. And it gave the setup that we were looking for SPY. Took it shirt, get a nice entry. Exited pretty quickly, probably could’ve been a bit more patient with it. But felt calm & focused throughout the morning session.

Best Moment: Was nice & focused as SPY came up to it’s it’s trigger & when I entered
One Thing Noticing: I think I’m keeping it pretty close to the vest because this market right now can have random volatile moments. So pre Pat’s instructions, it’s wise to trade on the cautious side.
