  • Emotional Observation: I was able to minimize emotions far better than the first trade. I was still a little cautious when in the trade and a little quick to sell

  • Best Moment: just executed. I knew it was the second trade of the day which I usually try to avoid however it was right into the level presenting opportunity, so I just committed without overthinking.
  • One Thing Noticing: this week I have allowed old habbits to come back in and the more I think about it, these have been past patterns usually when I am starting to be consistent and getting better… almost like I am trying to destroy my growth but I have been picking up on this, keeping things small and working through it.

And it gave the setup that we were looking for SPY. Took it shirt, get a nice entry. Exited pretty quickly, probably could’ve been a bit more patient with it. But felt calm & focused throughout the morning session.

  • High-Beta Observation: Pays at 9:48 and 9:49 add at 9:52. highly emotional. not sure what triggered them. alpha brain waves look solid beta is lower. there was a spike around 12 minutes, but that shouldn’t have been this, muse started around 9:15.
  • Best Moment: honestly thought I’d stopped out at highs, when I realized I’d only sized down I was patient for the dump that by that time was obviously in coming.

  • Emotional Observation: Was calm & focused at the open. Q’s popped at the open, close enough for a trigger but it was quick. SPY was our main watch for the short. So waited a good little bit for the next trigger. It got close enough for its trigger but I hesitated just a little bit. And to be honest my entry was a chase entry as I entered on the 3rd candle after the initial push up. Pretty quick in & out, payed on a washer. Then waited for a HB to setup. Re-entered quick in & out. Still wasn’t quite that great of a H.B. as it didn’t wash lower before the headbump. I feel like I didn’t really trade very well today.
  • High-Beta Observation: I think it was on the 9:45am candle after I hesitated a split second & saw it wash a bit. I don’t think it lasted more than two minutes

  • Emotional Observation: I was a little on edge due to the price of the premium and the range on the market. I started in very small and traded in and out. In markets like this I tend to side on the very conservitive side to protect my account.
  • High-Beta Observation: I didn’t want to stick around in a trade for very long at all. Maybe that is beta sneaking in or it is just one of those days where it isn’t worth the risk and potential losses due to the high premium.
  • Best Moment: I was very patient and waited right for the entry I was looking for. Today was not a day to be lose with executions.
  • One Thing Noticing: I can see my patience on the entry chart. Being patient saved me $40 on the premium by just waiting for that right moment to enter.
