  • Emotional Observation: I definetly gave into emotion today on my last exit. I took it off because I was green instead of holding at least 1 for an upper target. There is no excuse, SPY had a point into its resistance level and so did QQQ. I took it off mid range because of emotion and nothing more.
  • High-Beta Observation: My last exit could be classified as a high beta moment because I gave into the urge to take it off because it was green.
  • Best Moment: I didn’t hesitate on my entry and I paid myself into natural. Not happy with how I managed the trade after that.
  • One Thing Noticing: I need to keep working on trading into targets. I am seeing some progress but I know I can do better than what I did today.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Really focus on not giving in and selling before my intended target.

  • Emotional Score: 8 Trade Plan Score: 8
  • Meditation Birds: 6 Trade Birds: 13
  • Meditation Recoveries: 57 Trade Recoveries: 11

  • Emotional Observation: Felt pretty calm in general. I do feel though, that I have been trading a little skittish. In this trade, Q’s short, I probably could’ve been a little more patient in the trade due to where it was on the chart & being a hight conviction trade. It might seem like hind sight. But I feel that I could’ve been more patient.
  • High-Beta Observation: I’m not too sure if trading a little skittish counts as high beta moments. I don’t think it was frear or urgency. Just exited when I was a little over being green.
  • Best Moment: I think right when it came up to the level. Entered per strategy
  • One Thing Noticing: Today I definitely noticed how skittish I’ve been. I think I’m just looking to lock in green. But this type of market lately has been a bit sketchy. I think certain days like today, I could work on being a little more patient in the trade
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm, focused, neutral & intentional.

  • Emotional Observation: The trade today was pretty straight forward happened quickly.
  • High-Beta Observation: I didn’t since I was in and out pretty quickly.
  • Best Moment: The best moment was executing the trade and exiting on the snap down. Preparing for the open, not starting in too early, and not oversizing made it possible.
  • One Thing Noticing: One thing I’m noticing is I’m willing to pay myself no matter what, even if it’s 10 cents. If it’s natural, it’s natural.
