  • High-Beta Observation: I think once I realized I missed the initial trade entry, I experienced FOMO.
  • Best Moment: Took the trade into level and adding.
  • One Thing Noticing: When my work draws me into something right before the market open, it makes it harder for me to focus on trading… but I recognize that now and am starting to be able to self correct in the moment.

  • High-Beta Observation: a little when I had to add. I knew I was slightly red but took the add at the level. I didnt really feel much of a rush or an elevated heart. paid relatively quickly so I think that was still based out of fear

  • One Thing Noticing: my emotions are now coming on the sells and afterwards.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: stick with the sizing plan of 2 and work on the sells. hold tight that little longer, remove myself from the mouse, and let go of the PnL.

  • High-Beta Observation: after the trade. My plan was to take small size because of certain criteria and I stuck to it. so that is a win. Afterwards, because it worked I noticed myself getting a little frustrated with myself that I didnt take the bigger size that I should…. but that is a PnL frustration that I need to stop
  • Best Moment: stuck to my plan all the way through
  • One Thing Noticing: I am still limiting my size out of fear and then have more emotions either on the selling or after I am out of the trade.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Work on the emotions on the selling. stick to the 2 contracts at the buy and then manage. 2 is my small starter and 3 is normal….. I need to work on the motions on the selling and this is the way to do it.

  • Best Moment: I think as SPY came up to the 9ema resistance, felt clear & focused. It was a pretty text book setup, up into the 9.
  • One Thing Noticing: I think I made a pretty decent correction seeing how, sort of erratic I handled my second trade yesterday

  • Best Moment: I think after my last add, as it pulled back on a remount of the 9ema, I got out at pre much break even.
  • One Thing Noticing: I definitely think I need to hunker down & dig deeper into the Core-Alpha process & do better at remaining in the Alpha state.

  • Emotional Observation: So with the 1st trade, Q’s long, this One had a lot of fallow thru. I exited fairly quickly. I feel like I could’ve been a bit more patient with it. I think after seeing how much fallow thru it had & I wasn’t a part of it, greed started to creep up & I didn’t identify it quickly & let it go. Then I took SPY short on a 9ema headbump setup. But it wasn’t the greatest as Qs was still above it’s 9ema.
  • High-Beta Observation: After I exited, & saw the run back up on Q’s. I got greedy & waited for another setup
  • Best Moment: I think it was when I entered Q’s long, got a nice entry. I think everything was good until I exited Q’s.
  • One Thing Noticing: I feel like I’m starting to slip a little bit. Fee like I’m not as sharp. So I think I’ve got to refocus & dig deeper into the process
