- Emotional Observation: Today took a lot of emotional control and I still gave in a little bit to those emotions. I ended up with 28 contracts at the top of the move and sized down 8 contracts on the first nice wash down into natural. I saved the rest for very close to breakeven and ended up scratch on the day.
- High-Beta Observation: I definetly felt quite a bit of stress in this trade even though I think I had my highest bird count of any trading session. I got slightly oversized at the top of the move and decided to size down on that nice wash. Overall I am ok with how I managed this trade.
- Best Moment: Not stopped out when it started to grind higher and QQQs was pushing hard on a very sharp trend.
- One Thing Noticing: Before Alpha this would have been a $700+ loss easy. Being able to stay focused helped keep me calm and I have Alpha to thank for that.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: This is the best I have ever traded. The PnL may not show it because I am trading with smaller size in this market, but I am getting a lot better at managing trades that are not working and my patience is getting better every day. I will continue to trade with focus and intention.

- Emotional Observation: Took a reset trade, SPY long into it’s support level. Felt pretty calm, clear minded & neutral.
- High-Beta Observation: I don’t think there was very much high- beta that I can tell
- Best Moment: See SPY set up, resetting & having resolution
- One Thing Noticing: It seems like I shook off the 1st trade not going my way & resetting pretty quickly
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Focus, calm, neutral & intention.

- Emotional Observation: The price action was pretty weird this A.M. compared to the premium price as it was whipping around. But the candles weren’t moving very much. So I it seemed like the gun slinger started to show up. Look’n back I entered really early. My initial entries seemed a bit sticky (delayed). I was a little green. Then reentered on a potential higher low. Then it washed. I added into the level. It was look’n weak. Then uncomfortableness & nervousness started creep up. But I think I handled them pretty well. I cut the trade
- High-Beta Observation: I think a little bit came in at 9:40am after it broke thru the level & didn’t confirm any higher. I don’t think it lasted very long
- Best Moment: I think when I realized that it was weak & wanted to wash lower, I had that just get the F out moment & it turn out for the better. Before Core Alpha I probably would have just held & hoped thru the big washes
- One Thing Noticing: I think the fact that not only that I kind of saw, and with the help of guidance of course & recognized that it wanted lower but that I cut the trade. Is a big difference than before Core-Alpha
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm, focused, neutral & act with intent

- Emotional Observation: Calm and ready to trade, thinking about my contract with myself.
- High-Beta Observation: Entered too early so I sold immediately on push holding to lock in first trade. Was holding 1 and noticed it was following the intra-day 9 and guidance was changing to a possible short Q’s.
- Best Moment: Using the SPY chart as it was coming in to the 749.53 lvl to add in to Q’s wash and selling in to natural HB area to be much less red.
- One Thing Noticing: Still not trading well or within our protocol.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Calmly trade the trade plan fully following our trading protocol with intention.
