- Emotional Observation: quite minimal because the trade happened right at open. No time to overthink. I still start to feel emotions start to creep in right before the open.
- High-Beta Observation: Right before the open, thinking of all the different options too much even though I was really only waatching one thing right at the open and it was either going to happen or not.
- Best Moment: my sell, no thinking about PnL, just paid right back into natural where I was supposed too
- One Thing Noticing: if there is no time in the trade to overthink, I am doing well…. it is when I allow myself to think that I get in trouble. I have always known this, but it becomes very evident in trades like this
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Relay more coming into the open and continue to never look at PnL or even think about it until after the trade is well completed

- Emotional Observation: Very nervous, not in the zone
- High-Beta Observation: Not focusing on Alpha trade selling contracts on Swing and hesitating on SPY Add 1 then selling all in to natural rather than holding 1.
- Best Moment: Holding through the draw down to allow the trade to work.

- Emotional Observation: very calm in trade, understood where to add, and adhered to my plan, slight distraction dealing with entering RS plays, and missed the pressure add. but overall very controlled
- High-Beta Observation: not overly high, but one peak was when I was looking at RS, one as it was starting to dump and possible quick HB add, but I did not add (not to plan not enough dist) held for the natural range to pay.
- Best Moment: Confident in being green on this, not even aware of if it was red (it of course was, but I hadn’t looked), and patient till it came in.
- One Thing Noticing: Executions are getting more patient, need to focus on waiting for that 2nd pay (1st 50%, second not quite so fast if it’s continuing to push, let it work)
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly and I must be PATIENT for each and every execution both entries and exits.

- Emotional Observation: Emotions did NOT come decisions today. I felt several times to sell too soon. I was able to recognize those signals and kept to my trade plan.
- High-Beta Observation: Had a beta spike that hit 21db. Not sure if that was when we had a wash candle that I sold on for nice profit. Today felt good and I have started to recognize noticeable differences the training is making.
- Best Moment: When I stopped myself from selling too soon like I have done a 100 times. Was highly focused on the natural levels and selling there. Was very patient and got a wash candle for my final contract which was near the very top for a nice profit
- One Thing Noticing: I feel a defendant increase in focus
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Carry over with the focus on our strategy

- Emotional Observation: Overall I was calm and relaxed in this trade. Actually felt more uptight in meditiation for some reason.
- High-Beta Observation: As the first trade worked against me I started to want to close it but caught myself and stayed in the trade.
- Best Moment: The second trade was calmer as the chart began to show signs of going down. I was not apprehensive and made calm decisions throughout the trade. The moment I closed the trade was nice and smooth.
- One Thing Noticing: I mentioned it last week but I am finding that remaining in a calm or calmer state gives better clarity to what I see and feel whether its seeing the chart more clearly or deciding to close the trade. calmness wins the day.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Focus on calmness and relaxing throughtout the trade.

- Emotional Observation: Switching back to real money definitely added more uneasiness to the trade and that is evident by only getting 2 birds during the session. I think I still managed the trade okay and I didn’t let emotion drive my decision making.
- High-Beta Observation: When SPY pushed through the level and started to remount, I sized down a little bit. I wanted to be able to managed the trade if it pushed into maximum risk and I thought I had too much size in to be able to do that without getting emotional.
- Best Moment: I thought I was patient on my entries and I traded down into targets.
- One Thing Noticing: Today I added back into the trade as it squeezed from lows into the previous close. I would not have done that if I had made more on the first trade. I think the add was valid but I think it was more driven by money than just trading the process.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Be intentional with profit taking and trade into targets.

- High-Beta Observation: I had fear when not breaking down, I wasn’t paying into entry/ 1st natural level cause it really was part of the range but was worried this was the wrong decision. I stayed what I hoped was correct course
- Best Moment: Prevented myself from adding when not needed was refocusing on the plan

- High-Beta Observation: I really wanted to get out of the trade once it kept pushing up. I also thought I missed the exit. Adding too early triggered that, and it lasted the remainder of the trade.

- Emotional Observation: initial trade was fine, sold on first push and then noticed I was slightly red. emotion started to take over and I entered back in at the level. re-entry was still at a good point but I noticed my mind started to race when I did so.
- High-Beta Observation: selling first trade to be red and then immediatly gettting back in (at the level). my mind went back to old habbits.
- Best Moment: after I was in the second time, I was very patient for the sell, giving it that 1 second before hitting the sell. this meant I had to be in the trade a little longer to let it work which was good practice. and something I never used to do.
- One Thing Noticing: if the movement isnt perfect, I start to get panicky… my thoughts start to go all over the place and all I want to do is look at PnL
- Tomorrow’s Intention: continue on just relaxing. breathe through it and DO NOT LOOK AT PnL

- Emotional Observation: Even though I knew we were paper trading, as you watch price action closely I would catch my body wanting to tense up in certain moments.
- High-Beta Observation: Two spikes to mention at the 7 level and later at the 13 level. Remained steady around the 5 level. I did not feel particularly stressed at any moment.
- Best Moment: My patence continued to improve noticably throughout the week. Really patient today waiting for a suitable entry and gave it time to work which resulted in a successful trade.

NO TRADE MISSED TRADE Paper Trade Entry for April 24, 2026. Trade Result: $0.00
- Total Contracts: 0
- Trade Entry & Exit: to
- Emotional Score: 8 Trade Plan Score: 4
- Meditation Birds: 115 Trade Birds: 92
- Meditation Recoveries: 0 Trade Recoveries: 73
- Emotional Observation: Focused on patience today. I was looking for the trade to come closer into our level but it reversed at high natural vs where I was waiting for was a low natural area.
- High-Beta Observation: almost 21db spike in beta. I cannot say what caused that. I didn’t feel any emotion I can quantify
- Best Moment: Normally I get emotional either with anger or frustration when I miss a trade. I didn’t feel that today. It didn’t really matter that much
- One Thing Noticing: Normally I would look at taking a trade that would be inferior to our trade plan. I felt a pause in my mind which felt exactly like a decision in NBack . I immediately knew that thought was wrong and acted accordingly
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow is Saturday but I still intend to meditate on surrender and focus
