- Emotional Observation: I thought I was pretty good. I guess I was a fearful. I kept telling myself I wanted it a little lower and then it came in on Qs and I missed it. I corrected on spy when I saw how close it was and got in. after the trading session I was really stressed. high heart rate etc. I ate and walked outside and that helped
- High-Beta Observation: I guess It was fear from entering on Qs. I am not shaking in my boots but I was hesitant
- Best Moment: I saw spy was within 40 cents and started in. I did pay when I should have. my 2nd entry was good although my pay seemed to get filled low
- One Thing Noticing: I am really thinking what I ate at the start of the week has been affecting me this week. I ate clean yesterday and will today too
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I will pay myself when I should and add when I should

- Emotional Observation: Uncertainty.
- High-Beta Observation: Right at start of mkt open, issues with focus when plans change historically an issue for me. partly because I’m getting prepared to start my work Class Lecture also (10 am start)
- Best Moment: paying out on the SPY Calls trade
- One Thing Noticing: I don’t let HBs properly form.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly and I must be PATIENT for each and every execution both entries and exits.

- High-Beta Observation: i had a bad fill so a little frustrated but it didn’t last too long. paid right into target.
- Best Moment: not trading the first two trades as it was not the level i was looking for (weak level told to trade with small size) and it didn’t come close enough to the level
- One Thing Noticing: better trades selection
- Tomorrow’s Intention: keep at it, be ok with not trading at all. this is an irrational market on top of me having poor trading decisions this month. need to be tight with my trades and trade selection

- High-Beta Observation: No major sense of urgency I waited patiently for the trade to set up but I did give some head space to the win
- Best Moment: Traded correctly and execution of trade was done well also exited trade timely working to trade incremently
- One Thing Noticing: It is very difficult to remain centered when the trade goes your way so I have much to work on there.

- Emotional Observation: Was not as calm & focused as yesterday. Had some anxiety at decision times for possibly entering trades as noted by slight heart rate spikes on Muse app.
- High-Beta Observation: Each time there was the potential to enter a trade, especially with the confliction between the two charts.
- Best Moment: Was able to let go of the anxiety pretty quickly each time.
- One Thing Noticing: Confliction between the two charts causes me more uncertainty – result is anxiety/fear of loss & being wrong – will work on fixing that. Easier when everything lines up but that will not always be the case.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to work on calmness while observing the data and focusing on the process & executing the trade if meets the checklist criteria even if there is confliction between the charts.

- High-Beta Observation: Probably with I sold when I meant to add at 9:30. I immediately re added and worked the trade from there.
- Best Moment: I felt focused on my sell points and sticking to my plan regardless of being green or red. I felt neutral.
- One Thing Noticing: I want to keep working on being neutral. That felt good

- High-Beta Observation: I noticed I exited urgently as I got some kind of follow through. I was just hovering over the sell ready to pounce and I should’ve relaxed.
- Best Moment: The best moment was executing the long because I entered closely into the level and I got out as it pushed, minimizing risk.
- One Thing Noticing: I’m noticing I’m patient getting into the trade close to the level. I’m doing pretty well managing 1 contract aswell.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow, I intend to get adequate sleep since I noticed the sessions improve a lot when I do.

- Best Moment: I entered on the first candle and didn’t hesitate. My add could have been a little better but I misclicked and had to click again to add.
- One Thing Noticing: I have been working on patience. This morning I could have held one for the next push but I wanted to be in and out quickly on longs up at highs after we are so extended and irrational.

- Emotional Observation: I was way more calm than previous days. on my add, I had old habbits creep in and started overthinking… thinking too much of what if and I knew subconsciously that I didnt make much money on the first entry/sell
- High-Beta Observation: right after my add, I chased and I kneew it and started to get a bit panicky
- Best Moment: on my last sell, this was the sell after I chased the add entry. I was able to calm myself enough to rationally understand when I still needed to sell regardless of the chase entry
- One Thing Noticing: again, I am seeing each candle move and I am letting it affect me even though I do not control the movement. things are always going to be slightly different than what is in my head
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I need to be entereing on moving candles and because I do not control them, it doesnt matter what they do as long as they are getting close to my plan. nothing will be perfect.

- Emotional Observation: Was trying to stay neutral, & I think I did probably until after I got out of the initial Q’s long. Then I saw how strong the market looked out of the gate. & to be honest honest, I got a but of Fomo/ fear of missing out. Then SPY came up to the resistance level, took it short. Got a little bit of that pit in the stomach feeling. But I think I managed it relatively well
- High-Beta Observation: Probably right when I entered into SPY short seeing how the market looked pretty strong. I think I recovered pretty quickly
- Best Moment: Probably the execution on the Q’s long, the calmest clearest execution. Just entered per strategy. Met the checklist. Got close enough to enter, then bounced & was strong
- One Thing Noticing: Still noticing I’m trading a bit more reserved

- Emotional Observation: right after the long worked and I wasnt in (it was outside my risk) my emotions felt elevated. I never looked at PnL but I was thinking about what I missed, which in turn is PnL. the trade I had was more emotional because I had to work it
- High-Beta Observation: right after missing the long and then when the Short came into risk and I added but not enough.. and then when I needed to pay, my mind was all over the place when I was holding to a better point to sell
- Best Moment: I still managed the trade well, respected risk and didnt get greedy. paid myself even though I figured I was red.
- One Thing Noticing: I seem to be in high beta the whole time, I am working on breathing so my recoveries are very high but I can not seem to remain in the alpha state at all
- Tomorrow’s Intention: a missed trade because outside risk is nothing, continue to work on seeing this as a game or just data. seeing the time entry, I entered on the second candle and this was after I missed the first trade…. this time gap is nothing and shouldnt affect me

- Emotional Observation: I believe from the Muse app it looks like I was all over the place, but this trading session I honestly felt calmer and more like my decisions were coming from a place of center (like the neutrality meditations suggest.)
- High-Beta Observation: Beta consistently above Alpha, but I’m unable to really understand why. I don’t readily recognize either “emotions” or “physiological” responses.
- Best Moment: Marked Reverse spike (down) of both I think when I entered for the second round (where it wasn’t quite a proper HB and I didn’t realize till JUST after entering). Managed will however.
- One Thing Noticing: decisions coming from a place of center, less uncertainty regarding what to do. increased confidence but caution of mkt volatility remains ;-)
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly and I must be PATIENT for each and every execution both entries and exits.

- Emotional Observation: With the big gap up and the irrationality of the market, I felt less calm today. I was able to not react to emotions and manage the trade the way it needed to be managed.
- High-Beta Observation: Qs held its trend and pushed. It had a lot of distance into its next resistance level so I felt the uncomfortableness of a potential squeeze in SPY.
- Best Moment: I added where I needed to add and worked a trade that went further than expected back to breakeven.
- One Thing Noticing: Today I was patient on my adds and added with intention. I just sat back and let it do whatever it wanted to do.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to remain patient with adds and trade into targets.

- High-Beta Observation: Anxious when I did not follow protocol and sell all contract back in to lvl for green and more anxious when I added 2 at level knowing I was not trading properly and safely.
- Best Moment: My second add in SR I was anxious but it felt as though I was progressing to have held my ground and make the add without hesitation.
- One Thing Noticing: I did not mind the red trade because I know exactly why. I broke discipline and did not follow our trading protocol. This has been an issue for me that I am seeing more and more.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Calmly follow the trade plan with discipline

- Emotional Observation: Probably the calmest I have felt in a long time before and while being in a trade, even as it went against me. A little anxiety when time to exit want to get it appropriately close to the level but not hesitate & miss the appropriate exit.
- High-Beta Observation: When getting ready to exit-wanting to time it well.
- Best Moment: Most of the morning-very calm on the open, while waiting for the trade to go and especially while in the trade – very calm, very focused on the process & following the plan and rules.
