  • Emotional Observation: I did experience several times (maybe 5 or so) that I didn’t let it become decisions. I just dismissed them.
  • High-Beta Observation: Yes, the thought of trading was a brief moment. It doesn’t last long. I dismiss them and move on.
  • Best Moment: Exiting the trade, even though it was a loss was smart for me, because I knew I had improperly with held my add at my risk, thus creating a potential for disaster. I accepted my loss to learn a less costly lesson.
  • One Thing Noticing: I’m noticing that I’m very deliberate and determined.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow, I will not hesitate at the risk level.

  • One Thing Noticing: I’m noticing my patience has really been improving with entries and exits. I’ve been able to stay in trades longer.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow, I intend to get quality sleep since my scores haven’t been improving on the Alpha sessions. I also plan to prepare before the market opens by marking target levels and risk.

  • Emotional Observation: Every time I started to feel the grip, I’d say to myself “a candle moved, a number changed, I’ve got data.” It helped.
  • High-Beta Observation: not really, I am noticing less of the uncertainty which can cause high beta in me.
  • Best Moment: Well timed entries, first entry and exit

  • Emotional Observation: Today was another quick execution and exit. I was a patient on my entry and I paid 2 of my 3 contracts on the wash into natural. I held one to see if I could get the wash through morning lows into the next level of natural but SPY held because Qs held trend and squeezed.
  • High-Beta Observation: I didn’t notice anything worth noting. The trade happened so quick and I didn’t hesitate. I was looking for SPY to get back below premarket highs to take an add.
