- Emotional Observation: during the trade, I was ok. impatience slowly started to build but I talked myself through it and just wated. there was a rush of adrenaline and frustration when I was just watching a trade work that I had no intentions on even taking. Pats second trade
- High-Beta Observation: While watching. My actual trade was fairly easy. I did not have any intnetions on trading again and so watchign Pat take a second trade to learn, as soon as there was a big drop in the right direction and he was locking in, I felt an immediate rush. some frustration which I am now seeing is rooted in the money because I “missed out”… even though I was never going to take this trade.
- Best Moment: being patient and letting the trade set up
- One Thing Noticing: Everything is still rooted with Money. i need to find the cause of this as I should not have any emotion to a trade I am not in and a trade that I had no intnetions on taking…. the emotions that come up during this is purely on Money
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Only take on trade but continuously monitor the feeling of Money and understand and let go the instant it comes. talk through everything, telling myself it is a game.

- High-Beta Observation: no
- Best Moment: it was an easy trade especially in this market so I don’t feel like there was any best moment it worked quickly I suppose being patient on my last ones for the stretch into natural I did have a slightly lower target but it held that slighlt higher natural 3 candles
- One Thing Noticing: I feel more detached emotionally the issue I have is paying into targets and precision on executions which was ok on this trade. I kept missing corrections though I like my payments

It kept squeezing. Even went past stop out but had no continuation. The thought even crossed my mind “ah great, here we go, I’ve got to stop out again. But it started to fall back pretty decently
- High-Beta Observation: Probably as it blew past the stop out on the third candle especially. Probably lasted maybe the two minutes up until it started to look toppy
- Best Moment: Probably when it started to come down pretty decently, getting back close to break even

- Emotional Observation: Didn’t feel emotion or anxious when entering too many times before it hit risk. Could be emotion, perhaps I’m just not understanding how to time entries, I look for the 2 sec pause, and am often not sure if it did or not.
- High-Beta Observation: No but there must have been, the whole beta band is elevated and remains so even before the market opened. That could be due to every single morning for the past 3 years is a rush and FULL of multitasking.
- Best Moment: Held 2 for the dump back into the level. might have held 1 more, decided locking in the profit was better than having it bounce at yCL lvl. Made possible by the continued practice with meditations and brain training exercises of staying in Alpha. Also noticed SPY had hit start in lvl, AND was unable to put in a new high, due for a pull back so Qs should too.
- One Thing Noticing: Still a bit early on entries. Need to learn to time executions for max profit.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: When I’m Uncertain or Distracted, I must NOT TRADE, and when I do trade I must control my risk via SMALL SIZE, patient, intentional adds to properly correct average and patiently pay into natural targets.

- Emotional Observation: Poor handling of emotion today. Trade worked against me quite a bit today and didn’t deal with it very well.
- High-Beta Observation: Most of the trade as it worked against me did not stay neutral or centered at all. I was a little on the anxious side as soon as the market opened.

- One Thing Noticing: A lot to work on as I am not staying centered when the trade goes against me.
