- Emotional Observation: the results in the end were far better than I expected. I was way calmer than I have ever been while in a trade. post trade observation, I was greedy on my first add. my plan was only 1 contract at level and I took another add to have 2 contracts right at level because in that moment I was thinking about profit and didnt propelry release it before and just hit the button without even thinking. after that, all the rest of the adds were in a controled state
- High-Beta Observation: my first add – based off greed and then when it pushed through risk and I had to sit there on my hands and let it work. I was coaching myself through to accept the outcome
- Best Moment: paying nicely and being all out properly back into the levle. I accepted the full trade and was more relaxed than I have ever been.
- One Thing Noticing: Seeing Friday, I think I am accepting that it doesnt matter. trading the plan properly feels better than the PnL outcome.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue on with recognizing any of that greed and fear and letting it go before my body reacts

- Emotional Observation: Once my short position in Q’s pushed past the stop out, went into management mode. It was a battle between letting the emotions (stress, nervousness & anxiety) go. I was still definitely focused on staying neutral & calm.
- High-Beta Observation: Probably the most anxious moment was on big squeeze up at 9:45am. That’s when I think I fully recognized this thing is like a raging bull. Get the f*ck out
- Best Moment: I felt pretty good watching SPY set up for a reset. Took it as it came into it’s resistance level
- One Thing Noticing: It took quite a but of digging & reflection to get down to the bottom of the emotions of today’s trades. But I got there. & I feel like I managed them a little better than before Core Alpha

- Emotional Observation: This is one of the big stop outs that wipes my account, though today I had some enlightenment my entries look just like pat’s I stay in my wheelhouse size wise this is just the loss that happens when the trade completely doesnt work, no pull back just squeeze. I am calm in these trades, though I obviously hate them and despite being calm in the session it cast a cloud over the rest of my day. But today I am realizing this is just as it is and my problem perhaps is not the size of these squeeze out trades coming every month or so but my profit taking on the trades that do work. I think I need to focus more on executing patience and fearlessness in the working trades.
- High-Beta Observation: I tend to disassociate in these squeeze out trades I accept it is happening but try to keep reactions for after
- Best Moment: I was calm throughout despite hating it I remained neutral
- One Thing Noticing: today probably was the most focused according to my birds and recovery but the day was stained by this trade
- Tomorrow’s Intention: neutrality in a trade is how to submit to the action without reaction

- Emotional Observation: Uncertainty and Distraction are better indicators for me of High Beta emotional state. Physiological markers are way too subtle to notice.
- High-Beta Observation: not during trading, but in meditation I intentionally distracted myself to test the above observation. seems spot on.
- Best Moment: waited for SPY to come in and was all out by lvl.
- One Thing Noticing: Uncertainty and Distraction
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I must enter small at the right moment and – only when underlying price action indicates an add is appropriate – intentionally add sufficient size to correct my average properly and I must be PATIENT for each and every execution both entries and exits.

- High-Beta Observation: I fought the feeling of frustration when the trade was not working and I was about to stop out.
- Best Moment: While I did not like the fact I was red in the trade. I was able to accept the fact it is what it is. A candle moved and a number changed. That is all .
- One Thing Noticing: I am starting to feel I am getting into a zone of extreme focus while in a trade. The more I focus the calmer I seem to get.

- Emotional Observation: I had some heightened emotions taking this reset trade. Looking at my entries I think I managed this trade very well. My adds were into highs and I was able to get this back to breakeven after taking a bigger than expected loss on the first trade.
- High-Beta Observation: I felt stress but I didn’t let it influence my decisions. If I gave into emotion I would have had 2 losses on the day.
- Best Moment: Staying calm as this trade went against me after already locking in a loss on the day. Taking that last add as it pushed into trend without hesitation.
- One Thing Noticing: Today I was able to refocus after a loss and take a reset trade with the same size as the first trade. In the past, I have sized down on reset trades because of the fear of another loss.

- High-Beta Observation: I felt some stress in this trade but still managed it out without hesistation.

- Emotional Observation: Much calmer in this trade than the first trade. Heart rate a little elevated but not nearly as much.
- High-Beta Observation: In actually deciding to take the reset trade – not something I do much of so very different.
- Best Moment: Taking the reset trade and being fairly calm throughout it.
- One Thing Noticing: Not sure why there’s so much anxiety and elevated heart rate with some trades even though the size is not that large. As use a little more size when appropriate, will see if that resolves.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Work on decreasing anxiety.
