  • Emotional Observation: I was way calmer today, even when it was retesting below level, took an add. I hesitated a tad on the add but still committed.
  • High-Beta Observation: when I was red and when I got my add.
  • Best Moment: on my second/last sell. I was patient, watched the stretch of the candle and gave it that extra second. this alone paid off the small red from the first sell. first sell was good too, it was just into HB level
  • One Thing Noticing: when I am red, it is habbit to look at PnL and see where breakeven is… debt mentality takes over when the trade is doing it’s thing while I am red.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: minimize debt mentality at all costs. this has been a repeat intention that I keep failing at so I need to take extra precaution and will remove all areas where I can look at PnL on my screen.

  • Emotional Observation: During the trade I felt the surrender meditation replaying in my head. Overall I didn’t feel stressed or overly gripped by emotions. However I did catch myself multiple times either clinching my jaw or tapping my teeth together which I stopped immediately. I also felt my guy being tense which I took a deep breath and released tension as best I could. Training is defiantly running in the background.
  • High-Beta Observation: I had a beta spike of 19db but I could not say what I was feeling at that moment. I am very perplexed as to why I have such high delta waves happening
  • Best Moment: Catching myself tensing up, clinching my jaw, tapping my teeth as I was thinking. Feeling my guy being tense. My mantra for today was letting go of any attachment I may have had, it simply is what it is, not bad, not good, just what is
  • One Thing Noticing: Training is defiantly working in the background. I will put in as much work as necessary to be able to access a flow state during trading.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Show up with a fresh mind focused on strategy and surrender

  • Emotional Observation: Fomo and stress today over the 5ema.
  • High-Beta Observation: the 5ema bouncing caused some stress today.
  • Best Moment: Patience on letting the candles test and retest without a force out at my stop. Finished with green.
  • One Thing Noticing: the 5ema can be tricky to trade.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: focus on the story the candles are speaking, I see it in hindsight, now need to see it as it Live.

  • Emotional Observation: As the trade went against me I noticed the fear and stayed calm I used distance and Spy since risk hadn’t been pre set, this risk went wide ulitmately and I should have cut sooner not being prepared prior is responsible for this. I need to watch taking sudden trades offered on screenshare cause without my risk bars I have a tough time noticing till it is too late that risk was extended. This one work I was using Spy and highs confirm and continue method which worked this time but not correct
  • High-Beta Observation: I felt the highest emotions when I had attempted to exit on a pull back early but the button didn’t click and the move was too quick. That mistake really frustrated me but I tried to not let it affect me further and waited for the next opportunity
  • Best Moment: kepping calm when it couldn’t continue not adding just waiting
  • One Thing Noticing: my mindfulness has improved so much just from the first week of paper trading
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: pay into targets, it is what is

  • Emotional Observation: when I say I felt amazing in this trade. I mean it. I feel like ive put on glasses for the 1st time and can see better. because of this and greed I held my last contract too long. this is on me. I am sorry for that. I realized I had set a profit goal today of $30 dollars so id be over the 4500 mark. I could have gotten that If I hadnt been greedy.
  • High-Beta Observation: maybe at the 943. I exited 1 contract due to wanting to protect against squeeze. I realized I did that at the edge my risk and It was only a few more cents. I waited for it to pop up and re added.
  • Best Moment: I mean can I say the whole trade? this trade just felt great. I was so calm. my adds were good (great even?) just wow. I was in a trade for almost an hour and felt fine. I can do this
  • One Thing Noticing: I set a profit target in my head with just a thought due to me being close to hitting 4500 again. it was only a thought when I opened my broker today but one I have to shoot down in the future. I could have exited the trade when I should have and re entered and been green today. I am not green due to greed/profit target (ironic). I will say that I felt so good in a trade in this trade that I didn’t want to get out because of that. first time I think thats happened. I kinda just wanted to see where that took me. need to watch this as being this calm in trades becomes normal
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: NO profit target. Don’t be a greedy fucking pig

  • Emotional Observation: I stressed at the fact that I forgot to reset the bird monitor just before trading. I was very busy marking my plan, levels, notes etc that I just forgot!
  • High-Beta Observation: I did notice a few time when I started to tense up. I “let it go”.
  • Best Moment: Overall, I felt quite calm for the duration of the pre market plan and the trading session. I’m just determined to trade like we are being taught.
  • One Thing Noticing: One shift…..I am 100% focused on properly executing the strategy, as far as I know it.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Again, I will add at my planned points and risk. Today, it never got to those areas until it was quite late in the trading session. That made it a 2nd trade, in my opinion.

  • Emotional Observation: I was a bit nervous during the trade. I did observe it and I relaxed myself and let go of the mouse.
  • High-Beta Observation: I was nervous when the premium went lower and lower. It lasted about 10 minutes when the chart showed it didn’t want to go any higher.
  • Best Moment: I was calm executing the trade because of preparation. Marking out levels and targets.
  • One Thing Noticing: I’m noticing I’m not itching to get out of a trade once I’m green. Usually, I’d get out as soon as it’s green.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow, I intend to wake up at an early time to complete the meditation. I also intend to get more sleep.

  • Emotional Observation: I felt some fear as trade moved higher, really more over q’s than this one though was in both. accepted that this day might be red and continued with the trade. I feel maybe I got a little too overconfident when entering q’s short on 5 but looking back at the moment both charts were lining up for 5 hedbump so this is hindsight
  • High-Beta Observation: I felt urgency once I was flush and had to hold myself since no targets were being reached and this is the goal for today
  • Best Moment: Controlling my breathing has always been my technique I am not sure if it works but despite some fear I was handling the session well
  • One Thing Noticing: my mindfulness has improved so much just from the first week of paper trading
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: pay into targets, it is what is
