- Emotional Observation: I didnt hesitate on the entry and patient on the exit. felt more confident in the trade but after reviewing afterwards this was taking Pats confidence in the trade and inflicting on my own. Reviewing afterwards, i was subconsciously thinking about money before entering however I didnt let it affect my actual ability to trade.
- High-Beta Observation: right at the entriy of the initial trade and the add back in. I started thinking about the what if and if I was wrong, but quickly cut it out as I knew my risk and just entered. On the re-entry, I had already turned off my Muse as I thought I was done so this in itself is showing that I was actually braking some rules and more money focused
- Best Moment: minimized the overthinking and the perfectionist archtype and just entered. I analyzed my risk so I knew the plan and didnt allow the perfectionist to show up and block me from executing
- One Thing Noticing: I still broke some rules as I subconsciously was thinking about money however this time, I executed properly.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: continue to recognize the archtypes that I know are present. recognize in the middle of the trade, take that step back and re-Center myself before selling.

- Emotional Observation: Discernment of Impulse vs Intention definitely growing. conscious of breath paying off.
- High-Beta Observation: IBKR has been mucking with expiry date, pushing it out 2 months or more, caught this just as I was about to hit enter, corrected, so bit late, but after initial “damn” no other emotion. fixed and re evaluated got in on a dip. As Pat was starting to talk about possible d5e test, was trying to hold last c of long for bigger push, but decided to top tick next candle. dismissed the ‘tiny panic’ and evaluated the chart, candles indecisive where the should have been pushing, cut on next pop.
- Best Moment: 1st exit, nice pop high of previous candle. Premium really moved and made almost as much as previous candle would have. Timing exits better.
- One Thing Noticing: Uncertainty no longer throws me for a loop. Just evaluate, if it becomes clear, execute if appropriate. if not, watch and wait. All good.

- High-Beta Observation: Getting the feeling of wanting to enter the qqq short when pat made the comment about it looking like it would start falling… Greed and Fomo. I cought myself and just watched

- Emotional Observation: I was a little flustered going into the trade because I was slow setting up my notes and charts. The opening caught me off guard and I felt rushed….but executed the plan properly.
- High-Beta Observation: Yes, 30 seconds before the open, I realized that I was late getting ready and hadn’t reset my Muse. I fumbled through that and just barely got my eyes back to the chart as the market opened. I mentally regrouped and executed properly.
- Best Moment: My best moment was NOT TAKING A HEADBUMP trade that I was sure would work. I stuck to my “one and done” plan and didn’t succumb to the “Gunslinger”.

- High-Beta Observation: Once trade started to go against me initially. Lasted until out of trade but was able to overcome the fear and focus on the process after about 30 seconds.
- Best Moment: Cutting the trade when it retraced to the level – is something I have not done well when the result is a red trade, even small red. Did today and felt great.
- One Thing Noticing: Even though had the anxiety once trade went against me, heart rate didn’t go as high and was able to overcome it with some self talk focusing on the process and deep breaths.

- Emotional Observation: 1st trade after a long weekend so higher anxiety observed
- High-Beta Observation: high beta on exit. because candles were so whippy at open it was a trigger for me which resulted in an almost immediate exit
- Best Moment: I took the trade into level. On a day like today I would have talked myself out of this one but there was no question today. I was within plan so I took it
- One Thing Noticing: Being more sure of myself upon entering
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Observe the triggers and then give myself a second without reacting

I then kind of went blank and immediatly exited without properly letting the trade set up due to fear of loss.
- High-Beta Observation: completely cblanked out after entering the trade , Gunslinger showed up and just exited without intention
- Best Moment: I guess the fact that i realized it was a valid trade and i entered
- One Thing Noticing: Im not exiting trades properly
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I will hold to target or get stopped out

SPY CALL Trade Entry for May 26, 2026. Trade Result: $-12.00
- Total Contracts: 2
- Trade Entry & Exit: 9:31 AM to 9:39 AM
- Emotional Score: 9 Trade Plan Score: 10
- Meditation Birds: 91 Trade Birds: 81
- Meditation Recoveries: 21 Trade Recoveries: 1
- Emotional Observation: I was tense before trading began but I was calm during the trade. I didn’t let emotions rule me.
- High-Beta Observation: Yes, before the market opened, I got tense because we are above all time highs and “The Historian” tried to sabotage me. I just ignored him.
- Best Moment: The best moment was not adding when the candle got close to the lower level. At first, I tried to tell myself that I was wrong for not entering, but it wasn’t my plan and I stuck to it. Ironically, Pat’s lesson in momemtum told me that I could have added there, if I was also watching QQQ. I’m not at that skill level yet, but I’m closing in on it.
- One Thing Noticing: I am solidly focused on executing the proper plan and accepting the trade. Today, as it headed toward my “add” point, I was happy, telling myself “we want this trade to fail because the headbump is superior”.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow, I will list the ten intentions and I will build on my progress and properly enter the trade according to my WH3 trade plan!

QQQ PUT Trade Entry for May 26, 2026. Trade Result: $69.00

- Emotional Score: 8 Trade Plan Score: 9
- Meditation Birds: 17 Trade Birds: 3
- Meditation Recoveries: 28 Trade Recoveries: 238
- Emotional Observation: I “felt” more relaxed and calm than the data revealed which surprised me some.
- High-Beta Observation: During the short time I spent in the trade was the highest datawise. Perhaps this may have resulted with a shorter time in the trade wanting to lock in profit.
- Best Moment: Remained disciplined and took the correct trade I also sized down respecting coming off the long weekend and the possibility of market volatility as the market opened.
- One Thing Noticing: This was my first morning doing the “Intention” early morning meditation. I was focused on trading with intention and professionally. Which is why I did not take more than one trade because the trade setup I was looking for did not come to fruition during the trading session.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: I will be focused upon moving with intention in every moment from the PMPOA through the trading session.
