  • Emotional Observation: still a bit stressed once the market opens, the adrenaline is there but I am noticing it is reducing during market open. after I was out with only 1 contract. I was fine not thinking about PnL while in the trade, but immediatly afterm I was thinking about what I made and started to notice some emotions
  • High-Beta Observation: right after I sold, I noticed a spike in emotion because it was still going higher “without me”
  • Best Moment: noticing the FOMO after I was out of the trade. was able to recognize that emotion, took a step back and just talked myself through why there is no need to re-enter and that would be against plan
  • One Thing Noticing: in the trade, things are getting a little better, but right after the trade, I am noticing that adrenaline and fomo is still there because it “goes further”… I am noticing that pole and need to continue to just not worry about it.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: hold that one second longer before clicking the button and then once I am out, dont worry about anything. I did my job

  • Emotional Observation: Felt neutral at the open. Q’s came up into it’s resistance level. I started in, it went higher. Added 1, it squeezed further. Started to not the nervousness creeping in. But I focused on the strategy, trade plan & on seeing it through. It didn’t break risk, so stayed in. It started to wash & had follow through.
  • High-Beta Observation: Probably when it started to squeeze after my add. I don’t think it lasted very long.
  • Best Moment: Probably see that it didn’t break risk.
  • One Thing Noticing: I was reflecting back on yesterday & noticed that my morale was a bit low. It seemed like I couldn’t see or it didn’t really feel like I was making very much progress in fixing my issues in my trading. But today I felt much better about it.

Have found if I stay conscious of my breathing during trading and meditation I can catch the trading personas. Still don’t “Feel” feelings and may never, but If I can catch them via the thoughts that precede that’ll work
  • High-Beta Observation: fomo on the beta. was starting record keeping and had missed 1st proper execution of the add.

  • High-Beta Observation: Yes. I was quite tense for about one minute during the trade but I knew I was technically correct. So I stayed in the trade and just let the tenseness pass.
  • Best Moment: Adding the one contract as it neared my risk point was great. It was technically to my plan, given the high premium price and my pre market plans made that possible, along with my Alpha training.
  • One Thing Noticing: I didn’t let the “Technician” dictate my decisions today.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I am not trading tomorrow due to family obligations. I will find the time for meditation and stroop training.

  • Emotional Observation: Had anxiety so didn’t take QQQ short (also expensive & large candles); also hesitated on SPY short due to fear. Took SPY long-still had some fear but took it anyway. Trade happened after had reached 30 min limit for Muse app-didn’t continue the meditation as didn’t think I would trade. But once saw the retest and QQQ into support, took it to help overcome fear of entering as I’m a bit tired of this illogical fear.
  • High-Beta Observation: Hesitating on QQQ short and SPY short (this happened @ 9:33 & 9:46, respectively). Although app no longer recording, also @ 10:13 when entering the SPY long. Once in the SPY trade, was able to focus and anxiety was not as significant as it has been and cleared quickly.
  • Best Moment: Going ahead and taking the SPY trade.
  • One Thing Noticing: Seems like the anxiety was less today than it has been.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to work on calmness & decreasing anxiety. If the perfectionist spectator shows up, execute the trade if it meets the criteria and accept the outcome.

  • High-Beta Observation: briefly as we were pushing into risk, executed anyways spy was hitting 9 so watching that as well
  • Best Moment: executing and payment both felt clear today i tried to snipe risk entry and top ticked

  • High-Beta Observation: At marker open when Q’s popped into level.
  • Best Moment: Moment on push into risk for the add

  • Emotional Observation: There was some fear. I could observe it. It made my first few sells emotional sells.
  • High-Beta Observation: There was fear knowing that I am oversized and if i have to stop out it will be a big loss. It lasted until I told myself stop and accept the outcome.
  • Best Moment: Final add at risk to correct avg. Training made it possible.
  • One Thing Noticing: If I oversize, my sells are emotional and focus on getting out instead of natural.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I will be intentional with my adds and exits.

  • Emotional Observation: I didn’t really notice any emotions this morning. I was very focused on Qs when it pushed through the level. It didn’t quite come into my risk and I was waiting to get my last add in there. SPY still had distance so I don’t think I was too patient. My plan was to add if it washed through the level and retested but the wash was so nice I just took the gift and locked in. I didn’t feel the need to add again when it retested.
  • High-Beta Observation: I didn’t notice any. I was being intentional with my adds and just didn’t quite get my trigger point for them.
  • Best Moment: Being patient on adds. It didn’t give my quite what I was looking for so I didn’t execute an add.
  • One Thing Noticing: My decision making has improved. I am more focused than I have ever been before.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Keep focusing on patience and trading well.

  • Best Moment: payed myself exactly as planned.

  • Emotional Observation: after I entered I realized the higher price opf premium. I dint have too much size so it wasnt a big deal, but I let that play in my mind without releasing it. it made me pay more attention to premium price and ultimatly PnL and I struggled to release it.
  • High-Beta Observation: the highest was probably when I was selling. I was thinking of PnL while also risk and getting out back into level because it went higher than expected but still within risk. my breathing shortened when I was trying to sell
  • Best Moment: entered no matter what and still took an add at the level, which was my plan. I also had fomo after I was out and it ripped without me. in the past I would stew over this and probably chase back in… I stepped away and just let that emotion go because it would have been against plan.
  • One Thing Noticing: in higher stress moments, I am reverting back to PnL, or looking at premium.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I was successful today in sizing at the levle, so need to continue that while working through emotion when I have more than 1 contract.

  • Emotional Observation: cluster of a morning had clients calling right at 9 over the closing on the house this week and son woke up again very hard to focus and was being pulled so cut trading short
  • High-Beta Observation: nothing from the trades i felt very disconnected even when not being actively distracted
  • Best Moment: being able to trade realitvely well despite this the trades were fairly easy and took only the first reactions
  • One Thing Noticing:
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: neutrality in a trade is how to submit to the action without reaction
