- Emotional Observation: more of a stressed day right from the start. there were no birds and I could feel it. when the trade was still going against me, I could sense the urge to try and control so forced my hands away from the mouse multiple times
- High-Beta Observation: the final push against me, I had close to my limit but took the last add regardless and then as it was just about breakeven, I could tell the internal rush became the highest.
- Best Moment: still stuck to the plan and was able to step away enough times to not really make a technical mistake and was able to see it through.
- One Thing Noticing: I can be in a stressful state right from the start, even when I am not in a trade and just watching.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: breathe at the open and remain calm. there is no risk, especially when just watching. it is just a candle and I can not control the move is something I think about before the open but seem to revert back once open.

- Emotional Score: 5 Trade Plan Score: 7
- Meditation Birds: 80 Trade Birds: 13
- Meditation Recoveries: 4 Trade Recoveries: 17
- Emotional Observation: some anxiety was present but did not affect decisions
- High-Beta Observation: a moment of hesitation when I needed to add but was able to observe that it’s not so much the add, but knowing if it’s the right time. I felt more confident in my decision making today
- Best Moment: Entry was the clearest moment. I had my plan in place and when the candle reached my point of entry I just entered.
- One Thing Noticing: Every day is becoming more and more clear to me that if I not only have my plan in place, but truly understand the plan, then nothing really bad will happen.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Give myself some credit for the progress I have been able to make, instead of constantly worrying where I should be.

- Emotional Score: 7 Trade Plan Score: 9
- Meditation Birds: 36 Trade Birds: 30
- Meditation Recoveries: 46 Trade Recoveries: 26
- Emotional Observation: Fairly calm waiting for trade to trigger. Had some anxiety and hear rate increase while in trade; talked with myself, identified the fear/anxiety issue & felt more calm even though hear rate stayed up some.
- High-Beta Observation: Once in trade when had to decide whether to sell as came down to high natural support and would essentially be scratch but did so as to follow the rules and be a professional trader.
- Best Moment: Both executing the trade and selling back at support even though could have gone lower (it didn’t but point is having the discipline to follow the rules).
- One Thing Noticing: The calmness is coming and going. Nice when it stays throughout the trade but also good that I am able to identify the fear/anxiety issue, decrease the anxiety even though my heart rate stays up some. Presume the heart rate will decrease over time as I do this more and more.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to work on decreasing anxiety in a trade while focusing on the process.

- Best Moment: Meditation session was good as I was pretty calm. Trading session not so much.
- One Thing Noticing: I seem to enter trades at the wrong moment as timing seems to be off.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Focus on calmness if I trade tomorrow, may take a break from trading tomorrow
