- Emotional Observation: Felt pretty calm & even keel while I took Q’s short into it’s 9ema. It was pretty quick in & out as the premium moved nicely. Then a bit later, SPY presented an opportunity as it came into it’s 9ema. Still Felt calm & focused.
- High-Beta Observation: Not really that I noticed
- Best Moment: Felt calm & focused leading up to & while in both trades
- One Thing Noticing: A bit sharper & more in tuned to the price action than before Core Alpha

- Emotional Observation: Waited patiently fir a trade to set up. Q’s started to come down close to it’s long trigger (about 45 cents). I originally thought “I want it just a little closer”. Then it put in a green candle. Then I thought “ah I missed it”. So, started to notice the perfectionist popping up. Pretty sure I recognized & corrected quickly. Focused back on the strategy & trade plans. Took Q’s long as it came back down for a potential double bottom. Reentered as it came closer to the level. Pretty quick in & out. Wasn’t really look’n for much more.
- High-Beta Observation: I think high-beta started to creep up on the green candle @ 9:37am when I thought that I probably missed the long entry. I also feel like I corrected pretty quickly & focused on getting back to natural
- Best Moment: I think right after the snap back to neutral & refocusing. Kept me from potentially falling down the rabbit hole.
- One Thing Noticing: I think the recovery was pretty quick.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Focus on the strategy & stay calm & neutral

- Emotional Observation: Still noticing tension when I go to trade. My body is rigid and not relaxed.
- High-Beta Observation: I didn’t feel like I had any high beta moments until later in the session when I received a call via Teams, then felt distracted (and was) after that.
- Best Moment: Adding a few additional contracts that enabled me to exit a small position for a profit.
- One Thing Noticing: I’m less hesitant on taking trades… actually that was never my issue. My issue has always been bailing early on positions due to a voice telling me to take the profit before it gets whittled back.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Mapping out in advance exactly where I will enter, add, and exit before the market opens… and following that plan as an “observer” executing them.

- Emotional Observation: I got flustered whether to add or not. They were signs i could observe, but did not become decisions.
- High-Beta Observation: Slight oh shit feeling when candle popped past risk. It didn’t last long, I stopped myself and refocused.
- Best Moment: All the entries and exits executions were the calmest moments. It made it possible utilizing the premium
- One Thing Noticing: When chart pops extra due to short squeeze, I don’t panic. I wait for what the chart is trying to tell me.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm and focus on one trade.

- Emotional Observation: much less fear today
- High-Beta Observation: a moment of urgency when candle was deciding to go higher or pull back
- Best Moment: I was focused and was able to pay attention to multiple variables happening at once instead of focusing on just clicking a button to get in and clicking a button to get out. This resulted in a really nice entry for 1 contract
- One Thing Noticing: Some days a trade will fall within my parameters and some days it will not, and that is ok, I don’t beat myself up over that anymore.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Focus on that data and learn from it afterwards

- High-Beta Observation: The fomo of not sizing in more aka being greedy
- Best Moment: The entry and exit executions. It was made possible due to all of Pats trainings

- Emotional Observation: The premium is expensive, so I was able to observe fear and greed. They did not become decision.
- High-Beta Observation: Yes, when the chart slipped through the level. Fear Knowing that my p&l was getting ruined. It last for a second. I refocused on where the chart will retrace to and got out.
- Best Moment: My initial entry and exit was the calmest moments. Knowing the plan when it got the level.
- One Thing Noticing: I see that if I have 1 contract left, i tend to fight it when the chart goes the opposite way.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Follow the plan completely and don’t give in to emotions.

- High-Beta Observation: the entire time, right from open. I noticed myself looking at the options premium price after I was in but I wasnt able to control it in the moment
- Best Moment: I was able to still execute the trade properly and add nicely and then pay.
- One Thing Noticing: I was all over the place today, and this wasnt the first time this has happened. in the past, when this happens, usually I am overthinking everything but I didnt do that today. I still executed the trades properly and smoothkly but I was in an elevated mental state the whole time.

- Best Moment: Seeing QQQs and SPY line up where I felt I could take a quick trade.
- One Thing Noticing: I noticed that today after the first quick trade worked that I had no desire to enter into any more trades. That is a shift that I can tell when I mentally don’t want to end up in a fight with a subsequent trade and was just content with the first quick trade… even though other trades were right there and available for me to take.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Letting my mind “relax” by just viewing data on the chart and not trying to make it anything more than that.

- One Thing Noticing: I am not seeing the bigger picture and trading the full trade.
- Tomorrow’s Intention: Zoom out and see the bigger picture of the trade, trade the full trade and don’t stop out until I get stopped out
