  • Meditation Birds: 5 Trade Birds: 52
  • Meditation Recoveries: 159 Trade Recoveries: 34

  • Emotional Observation: I was fairly underwater on this trade when it squeezed at the risk level. I felt it in my stomach but took a deep breath and dismissed it. I am very happy with how I managed this trade. I had 8 contracts at the level and took a 10 contract add at the top and sized out on the way down.
  • High-Beta Observation: I felt urgency at the top. I wanted to stop out but I knew it hadn’t pulled back at all. I took a heavy add at highs set by the squeeze candle and worked it back down into support.
  • Best Moment: Not giving in to emotion and seeking comfort by stopping out. I sat through the trade and traded it to completion.
  • One Thing Noticing: My last add is exactly what I have been working on. Not just adding to add because my average is extended away from the price. I waited for the right moment to correct my average and turned a trade that would have been a loss not that long ago into a breakeven, well managed trade.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Keep focusing on patience and trading well.

  • Emotional Observation: One emotion I had was wanting to get out of position. It was a signal that I could observe. Not it didn’t become a decision
  • High-Beta Observation: I noticed that I was reactivity to the premium as it got close to scratch. It was triggered by the stock going higher than normal. It lasted until I told myself to stop.
  • Best Moment: The clearest moment was waiting for the stretch on my last sell.
  • One Thing Noticing: I can see myself wanting to keep adding and adding.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I will wait for proper adds.

  • Emotional Observation: What was interesting is I took an add on the retest of the previous close and it washed 2 pts straight down. While I would have historically froze, I just watched it and waited for SPY to hit the 5 EMA on the daily and then added into the position. I felt positive after the trade.
  • High-Beta Observation: Watching QQQs drop 2 pts straight down thinking it was going to go to zero. Fearful for sure.
  • Best Moment: Adding into the position when I should have in order to get out nearly flush.
  • One Thing Noticing: Although still stressed, I didn’t feel like I panicked as much while the trade was moving against me beyond risk. I tried to use the “damage is done” mentality.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Focus on trading in the neutral zone and not poles of good/bad or right/wrong. Being ok with uncertainty.

  • High-Beta Observation:
  • Best Moment:
  • One Thing Noticing:
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: When I’m Uncertain or Distracted, I must NOT TRADE, and when I do trade I must control my risk via SMALL SIZE, patient, intentional adds to properly correct average and patiently pay into natural targets.

  • Emotional Observation: Overall trying to detached myself from my deep frustration with my trading. Working be neutral during and after trades is completed. I felt nervous/anxious and like my heart was beating fast at different times during trading session. I am wearing a Zio Monitor for A-fib so I may have been in that rhythm .
  • High-Beta Observation: I may have reacted peeling in to natural as I was going to hold one in to a higher natural target.
  • Best Moment: I was confident adding in to level even though I was in and out on first prior to lvl test.
  • One Thing Noticing: I am missing the most of the bottom tick entries on candles with entry and adds.

  • Emotional Observation: Today was a quick trade off the level. It gave imediate resolution so I didn’t notice any emotions. I just focused on my entries and paid myself into natural.
  • High-Beta Observation: I didn’t notice any.
  • Best Moment: I worked the trade well. Took my starter into premarket support and paid on the push into natural. Held 1 contract for follow through but it came down lower. I added small into the prevous close but I waited a second and was patient on that add. Paid out on the push back into natural.
  • One Thing Noticing: Today instead of taking my add right into the previous close I waited and added when I saw it hold. SPY had a lot of room to the downside. If it continued to come down, Qs would have sliced right through the level. When I saw the volume taper and the price start to hold, I took my add.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: I will continue to focus on being patient with entries, adds, and exits.

  • High-Beta Observation: I had a brief tinge of anxiety that is triggered by the thought of trading. It’s only a few seconds.
  • Best Moment: My best moment was stopping out at what I thought was the proper time. After giving it more thought, I was wrong. I hadn’t properly planned my risk stop out point.
  • One Thing Noticing: I didn’t notice a pattern today.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Tomorrow I will rethink my pre market risk planning and clearly notate my proper risk zones.

  • Emotional Observation: Back to being calm while in trade and waiting for trade to set up. Got a touch excitable when hesitated & missed initial entry. Quickly refocused to wait for next potential trigger. Good patience waiting to sell-a touch anxious there as knew I had missed first entry & didn’t want it to be a loss since it would have worked if I had executed the first entry.
  • High-Beta Observation: When was waiting price to get to natural area to sell knowing it had to get through the PML resistance that I hesitated on entering and missed.
  • Best Moment: Being able to quickly refocus and let go of missed entry then actually taking the trade and remaining calm knowing it would probably go down a touch & then being patient enough to let it get through the PML resistance to natural to sell.
  • One Thing Noticing: Was back to feeling very calm today. Not exactly sure what changed but tracking things to see what could be so can maintain.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Continue to work on increasing calmness while focusing on the process.

I did feel a heart rate increase somewhere in the trade I can’t remember exactly where, but breathed through it and didn’t react
  • High-Beta Observation: no
  • Best Moment: Forcing myself to wait for my one left for my target of morning range
  • One Thing Noticing: the increased heart rate occasionally still happens I don’t know if I would ever loose this, but am able to control it

  • Emotional Observation: great initial trade, no emotions but was looking to add. I saw what I needed but froze on the add. didnt Trust myself and felt a little fear of gicing away my profits.. even though this was part of the trade. This is probably the first time I have actually noticed not trusting myself
  • High-Beta Observation: after the trade and analyzing for the add. in the moment I didnt notice why I didnt take it but afterwards, I froze, didnt trust myself and some fear of giving back profits was on the surface
  • Best Moment: being patient and allowing the trade to come down to my appropriate entry point to minimize risk. I entered and exited flawlessly with very little emotion or thought.. I have never been this calm in the MUse app during any trade… very interesting as I noticed more about my emotional state during the trades
  • One Thing Noticing: Some of the emotions are still there but they are surfacing where I am starting to notice them either right in the moment or just after.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: continue to notice these emotions but let them go before hand. if the adds are there to trade to my proper size, take them no matter what. I need to push myself to just take those and accept it.

  • Emotional Observation: I had to urge to sell due to fear that it may not go higher. They were sign i could observe. It became a decision for one exit.
  • High-Beta Observation: The fear that it might not go higher. Triggered by the candles weren’t being decisive. It lasted until I said stop.
  • Best Moment: The entries and 2 out of 3 exits. Keeping my intention from last yesterday.
  • One Thing Noticing: When the candles don’t move immediately, I make unnecessary decision due to it.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Stick to the plan for both entries and exits

  • Emotional Observation: I think I might have been a little greedy, because my initial entry on the headbump short was pretty rushed or a bit forced
  • High-Beta Observation:
  • Best Moment: Probably right after I entered the initial SPY short. I don’t think it lasted long
  • One Thing Noticing: More focused
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm, focused & neutral

  • Emotional Observation: Took 2 trades, 1st one SPY long, felt pretty calm & neutral in the trade. Just focused mainly on the price action & executing the trade plans. It didn’t really seem like emotions were all that present
  • High-Beta Observation: Maybe in the SPY short trade, it wasn’t quite the right setup. It didn’t quite break low enough for the headbump setup
  • Best Moment: I’d say the SPY long, it was a clear trigger & clean price action.
  • One Thing Noticing: I think I’m managing emotions better
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: Stay calm, focused & neutral.

SPY CALL Trade Entry for May 12, 2026. Trade Result: $14.89

  • Total Contracts: 1
  • Trade Entry & Exit: 9:36 AM to 9:39 AM
  • Emotional Score: 7 Trade Plan Score: 7
  • Meditation Birds: 149 Trade Birds: 77
  • Meditation Recoveries: 59 Trade Recoveries: 1

  • Emotional Observation: Since I never recognize emotions in real time, I focused on my breath when the birds stopped, not to bring the birds back per se, just to regain calm composure. must have worked, had lots of birds. Felt very calm
  • High-Beta Observation: alpha regular between 8 and 12, but this trading session had Beta fairly high, only spikes DOWN of beta waves, so I’m assuming that’s when I regained composure. otherwise was Beta was steady in the 14 to 18 range.in
  • Best Moment: Didn’t rush to ‘get size in’
  • One Thing Noticing: seemed like more birds in trading session today. Also I have difficulty since I start the Trading session around 9 knowing when the trades were executed, it’s very hard to correlate times on the general X minutes since you pushed record in Muse. # birds per minute seems worth tracking.
  • Tomorrow’s Intention: When I’m Uncertain or Distracted, I must NOT TRADE, and when I do trade I must control my risk via SMALL SIZE, patient, intentional adds to properly correct average and patiently pay into natural targets.
